As stated to the customer, we run contests with our vendors productsWe purchase the winning prize from them and the vendor ships directly to contest winnerThis was a pre-order contest (the standard time on this was weeks to delivery)The seller has stated that she did ship this and provided the receipt showing it shippedWe are currently working with the vendor and the [redacted] to find the missing packageIf the winner of this free product is unwilling to wait for this to be sorted out, we are willing to extend a credit to her in the amountThe issue has been explained to the contest winner multiple timesHer incessant emailing and messaging is not helping

I've been waiting since early February for my orders, both consisting of scarvesI messaged their Facebook page on February 26th asking when it would be shipped (this was weeks after I placed my order)and I was told it would ship that weekI messaged again on March 14th asking if it was ever shipped and I was not replied toI then posted on their wall and was told that I would be emailedI was emailed on March 18th, told that the items were lost in transit, and was offered other scarvesI said they would be okayI emailed back on April 8th asking if they were shipped and was never replied toI messaged their Facebook page on March 12th, the message was seen, and I have not been replied to When I first started having problems, I looked down their wall to see dozens of people had issues with their ordersNow they have changed it to where people cannot post on their wallSeems like a scam to me

Although their prices of their products seem to be a great or a one in a chance deal; that would be your key to run away [redacted] do not have a phone line to contact them only through their [redacted] account I've submitted orders from -12.5.16, and has yet received any of those orders Therefore, if you are looking for great customer service and/or timely deliveries, just beware I will never recommend [redacted] !

I have submitted for an immediate refund for the topOur system automatically changes the status to reversed when a customer disputes through [redacted] As the customer service lead, I have been unaware of Ms [redacted] issues until I received this noticeI will follow through with this but a refund cannot be issued until Monday when accounting is back inThank you

This company is ridiculous and fraudulent I placed two orders with them, one on 11/and another on 11/ On 11/I received an email indicating that my orders had shipped By 12/I had still not received my orders and had sent several emails requesting tracking information I finally received a response and received one of my orders (originally placed on 11/23) on 12/16; however, this order was missing a scarf I immediately sent communication to them advising that I was missing an item and was told it would be shipped out It is now 1/and I have sent approximately emails asking the status of my merchandise, sent a Facebook message and posted a comment requesting status and have not heard a word from them My 11/order FINALLY arrived on 12/24, without so much as an apology for the severe delay in delivery, despite a day shipping promise The ladies at this business are rude, unprofessional and downright fraudulent I want my money back from the purchase of this scarf All I want is to be done with this company and to never have to look back at them again They will never receive a good review from me and you can be sure that all of my friends will know about the awful customer service they provide

I ordered scarves from this company as part of a Christmas order on November 27th, My total came to $On November 30th, I received an email that my order was shippeddays later I have not received my itemsI have emailed twice with no responseI have also tried to call the number associated with this number with no answer and no voicemail

this is an issue with the business owned by Denise P*** *nd her inability to fulfill orders made to her business which sells on *** and the inability to get back to customers via email

I placed a order on Nov 23 and received a shipping confirmation on Nov 30, I still haven't received my order as of yet. In the mean time I had placed another order thinking my 1st order was on its way. I also received a shipping conformation for and still haven't received it either. So I email the company over and over and finally they send me yet another shipping conformation for my 1st order which was supposedly already shipped. No one will give me a phone number to contact them and I also called the number on Revdex.com and no one answered. I have had to go and repurchase Christmas gifts that I had already purchased through this company. I begin talking with my coworkers and they to had the same problem. If you cant fill the order don't take the order. I have never had a problem getting anything from anyone I have ordered from but I guess its a 1st time for everything. I am at the end of my rope with these people and out money and no gifts. [redacted]

I ordered from this business 2 months ago and still have not received my stuff. There is no phone number to contact but there is a email but they do not respond. They only way I could contact is writing on there Facebook page on something they post. I even tried I'm on Facebook they still wouldn't respond. It's ridiculous. I will never buy from them again.

I really don't like their costumer Service, I bought several certifikid vouchers the codes didn't work out at the beginning I email them several times, didn't have a response

The issue has been explained to the contest winner multiple times. Her incessant emailing and messaging is not helping.

I received the initial with 2 charms necklaces yesterday that are for my grandchildren to give teachers and they are wonderful and well worth the little money spent. I picked these due to they were unique gifts and not a candle or gift card that are sometimes given at the end of school year.
