it states on the Revdex.com website that [redacted] is affiliated with dazzle me deals. Image attached. This is not an issue with J[redacted]
this is an issue with the business owned by Denise P[redacted]nd her inability to fulfill orders made to her business which sells on [redacted] and the inability to get back to customers via email.

This company is ridiculous and fraudulent. I placed two orders with them, one on 11/17 and another on 11/23. On 11/30 I received an email indicating that my orders had shipped. By 12/14 I had still not received my orders and had sent several emails requesting tracking information. I finally received a response and received one of my orders (originally placed on 11/23) on 12/16; however, this order was missing a scarf. I immediately sent communication to them advising that I was missing an item and was told it would be shipped out. It is now 1/6 and I have sent approximately 6 emails asking the status of my merchandise, sent a Facebook message and posted a comment requesting status and have not heard a word from them. My 11/17 order FINALLY arrived on 12/24, without so much as an apology for the severe delay in delivery, despite a 14 day shipping promise. The ladies at this business are rude, unprofessional and downright fraudulent. I want my money back from the purchase of this scarf. All I want is to be done with this company and to never have to look back at them again. They will never receive a good review from me and you can be sure that all of my friends will know about the awful customer service they provide.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never told there was a 4 week lead time. But regardless of that, it has been well over that time. I asked for a copy of the receipt and was not provided with such. I do not believe sending messages every few days is "incessant" and all I asked was for some communication. As soon as I asked for someone to keep in contact with me I was "blocked" on [redacted]. I would be happy to forward the messages between us to support my claim. Issues between a vendor and supplier should not be made the fault of the customer. All I ever wanted was respectful communication, and that has been denied to me over and over again. If my item will not be delivered I would like some sort of substitute.

I have been in contact with the buyer. Her refunds (for both orders) have been submitted and processed with accounting. She should see the second one anytime. We are sorry for the missed shipment and for the inconvenience.

I have submitted for an immediate refund for the top. Our system automatically changes the status to reversed when a customer disputes through [redacted]. As the customer service lead, I have been unaware of Ms. [redacted] issues until I received this notice. I will follow through with this but a refund...

I ordered from this business 2 months ago and still have not received my stuff. There is no phone number to contact but there is a email but they do not respond. They only way I could contact is writing on there Facebook page on something they post. I even tried I'm on Facebook they still wouldn't respond. It's ridiculous. I will never buy from them again.

I received the initial with 2 charms necklaces yesterday that are for my grandchildren to give teachers and they are wonderful and well worth the little money spent. I picked these due to they were unique gifts and not a candle or gift card that are sometimes given at the end of school year.

I ordered 8 scarves from this company as part of a Christmas order on November 27th, 2015. My total came to $31.91. On November 30th, I received an email that my order was shipped. 16 days later I have not received my items. I have emailed twice with no response. I have also tried to call the number associated with this number with no answer and no voicemail.

As stated to the customer, we run contests with our vendors products. We purchase the winning prize from them and the vendor ships directly to contest winner. This was a pre-order contest (the standard time on this was 4 weeks to delivery). The seller has stated that she did ship this and provided...

the receipt showing it shipped. We are currently working with the vendor and the [redacted] to find the missing package. If the winner of this free product is unwilling to wait for this to be sorted out, we are willing to extend a credit to her in the amount. The issue has been explained to the contest winner multiple times. Her incessant emailing and messaging is not helping.

I placed a order on Nov 23 and received a shipping confirmation on Nov 30, I still haven't received my order as of yet. In the mean time I had placed another order thinking my 1st order was on its way. I also received a shipping conformation for and still haven't received it either. So I email the company over and over and finally they send me yet another shipping conformation for my 1st order which was supposedly already shipped. No one will give me a phone number to contact them and I also called the number on Revdex.com and no one answered. I have had to go and repurchase Christmas gifts that I had already purchased through this company. I begin talking with my coworkers and they to had the same problem. If you cant fill the order don't take the order. I have never had a problem getting anything from anyone I have ordered from but I guess its a 1st time for everything. I am at the end of my rope with these people and out money and no gifts. [redacted]

I would not recommend buying from them after 2 months they gave me my refund for a purshase I never receive. I had to file a complaint with the business bureau and still they did not respond to any email sent it was after I wrote on their fb page that they refunded me my money. Definetly don't buy from them.
