I ordered a protective skin for my laptop. It fit poorly, so I took it off and contacted Dbrand to inquire about their return / refund process. I was told I needed to put the skin back on the laptop, take a picture of it, and if they decided it was not fitting properly, I could get store credit for a new skin. Based on the quality of the first one I got, I did not want a new skin, or any other product they make.

Nowhere on their website does it say there are no returns or refunds.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $44.90. If they want me to send back the product (like I have offered repeatedly), I would be happy to provided they pay for shipping.

The buyer reached out to us via email stating that the product they received did not fit and that they were unhappy with the material they received. As per our standard policy with regards to defective products, we asked the buyer to send us a photo of the issue they were experiencing. The buyer notified us that they had already removed the product from their device. As you can imagine, it's quite difficult for us to determine a defective item if they buyer doesn't provide us with photo verification. They buyer then requested to send the product back to us for a refund. Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been used. This is also stated in our Terms of Sale. All refunds are subject to the agent's discretion, which in this case could not be processed because the product has been used.

To help amend the situation given the circumstances, we offered to send the buyer a free replacement in a different material. The buyer then refused, demanding a refund. While a refund is no longer possible as the product has been used, we then offered store credit for the amount of the purchase to use towards any future purchases.

Been nearly two months since I ordered my Pixel 3 screen protector and case, still hasn't been shipped out. Asked what a time frame was, their response was essentially idk.

This company doesn't offer any kind of customer service. Ordered a skin from them and got the tracking number. Tracking shown it was delivered but couldn't find it around outside the house. Contacted dbrand for assistance. They basically told me to contact *** on my own!! I have never deal with any company told their customer to contact shipping carrier to find the package. Didn't they know *** ask shipper information? I paid for the product, I didn't pay to get into the hassle of deal with ***!!

My order was supposedly delivered on the 25th of August and I still have yet to receive myproducts.
Order Number // #XXXXXXX Date Ordered //Wed, 08/22/2018. After asking where my product was with the post office they claim it was delivered but might have been put in another mailbox. I contacted DBrand and told them they needed to do the leg work or refund me my money. They sent me a a GIF with hand flicking me off.

I want nothing to do with this business. I just want money back.

You people still haven't shipped your *** smartphone cases. I still haven't got mine and will ask for a refund soon if you do not ship it fast. You people tell me to wait and I have waited enough.

I was notified that my *** was shipped on March 15 , however I still didn't get the case, and shipping status has not been updated. On top of it tried to reach the dbrand through the email, I got no response.

dbrand inc is advertising a promotion on their website. This promotion claim free worldwide shipping for any order over 20 dollars. When attempting to place and order in accordance with these apparent terms, a shipping price was included in the payment total

After contacting their support, it was explained to me that my home country is not eligible for this offer due to the fact that *** had to be used an not the ***.

The issue here is that there is absolutely no disclaimer of any kind regarding this promotion. There are no links to list of non-eligible countries and thus this is *** a misleading or even false advertisement If there are exceptions to a promotional offer, this should be clearly stated or a link provided to additional terms & conditions of said offer.

I would like for dbrand inc to correct their advertisement to avoid misleading/*** to their customers.

Placed order 10 days ago and still hasn't shipped and stuck in order pending. Was a skin for the Essential PH-1 Wood Skin. I paid for my order and paid for shipping and have asked them to refund my money if they cant deliver which they have not. I just want a refund and will take my business elsewhere.

Dbrand has sent me and email stating there is a delay but have not offered to refund which is what I asked them to do if they couldn't ship in a timely manner.

I ordered a customized phone skin for my cell phone at the beginning of this week, Monday. Dbrand claims that your orders will arrive in 2-5 days. I noticed on Thursday 4 days later that my order still had not even been shipped. I contacted them through their website, and got no response. So I emailed them the next morning, still no response. I have contacted them via Twitter, and Instagram and still have gotten no response. The company manages to tweet still, but they dont answer me. The order is still being"prepared according to their website, and it should be delivered already. *** complete disregard for customer service, as they continue *** ignoring me.

I would like my product. *** I paid for it and I would like to use it. *** I am also requesting an apology by the business for their obvious avoidance of my attempts at contacting them, as well as for their *** business practices, and the false advertising fast shipping. ***.
