To whom it may concern, Insomuch as the vehicle was at a dealership in North Carolina, and the extended warranty is managed by a third party, our dealership was totally unaware of [redacted] ***'s concern until we received this communication from the Revdex.comUpon receipt of the customer's concern, I personally contacted [redacted] ***Our service manager subsequently contacted the warranty company and was able get them to assist [redacted] with the needed repairsIt is my understanding this is resolved and the customer is now satisfiedI left a message for the customer earlier to confirm sameRegards,Lee B***, General Manager

Horrible customer service and treatment! I did business with them for many years and purchased many cars from this dealershipNot sure what happened after they renovated, maybe a huge turnover in employment but after going back I had a very bad experience with the purchase of my new vehicleShould've been a happy and exciting experience but instead paperwork was done incorrectly and I was called numerous times because of that afterwards, inconvenienced, harassed and threatened by an employee thereI refuse to ever do business there again and want to worn all about ever deciding to go thereIf your adamant about owning a Toyota I recommend going to a different Toyota dealership if anything but do not go there!

Please be advised that I personally spoke with [redacted] regarding her concern with the extended warranty that she purchased in 2010. Upon further review of the pertinent documents, I found the dealership used the incorrect delivery date on the customer's contract, which most likely contributed...

to the misunderstanding. The warranty that was sold to the customer should have reflected the vehicle's original "In Service", not the date when [redacted]'s purchased the vehicle as indicated on the contract. I explained this to [redacted] and offered to reimburse her for the two year difference in coverage on a prorated basis. [redacted] accepted my offer and a reimbursement check was subsequently issued. A copy of the check is attached hereto. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I personally contacted [redacted]. Our service manager subsequently contacted the warranty company and was able get them to assist [redacted] with the needed repairs. To whom it may concern, Earlier this month our dealership customized a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road truck, stock number [redacted], and V.I.N. [redacted]. The vehicle had a MSRP from the factory of $38,131, prior to our customizing the truck. The accessories that were added to the...

vehicle included a 3.5" lift kit, 18" tires and wheels, TRD Pro grille, custom bumper, and a Magna Flow exhaust system. The aforementioned accessories that were installed added $8,550 to cost of the vehicle, bringing the MSRP to $46,881. Immediately after the accessories were installed, an addendum sticker was placed on the truck's window, adjacent to the manufacturers Monroney sticker, which delineated the items that were installed by the dealership. I have attached a picture of the Monroney and addendum stickers for review. When this vehicle was initially placed on our website and offered for sale, the accessories were not installed, nor did the asking price include the $8,550 of accessories. Moreover, the vehicle's description also did not include any of these accessories. I have attached a screen capture from our website taken on the morning of July *, 2017 in support. I have personally contacted [redacted] to explain what happened, as well as to apologize for the misunderstanding. During our conversation I further explained that I was unable to sell him the customized truck with the $8,550 of accessories for the same price as the truck without. However, I did offer to sell him the vehicle at a reduced price. I left [redacted] several messages, asking him to call me back to discuss the revised pricing. Before finally hearing back, the truck was subsequently sold to another customer.  During our last conversation I agreed to sell [redacted] a similar truck, either with or without the accessories, for our dealer cost.Very truly yours,Lee B[redacted], General Manager

If your adamant about owning a Toyota I recommend going to a different Toyota dealership if anything but do not go there!

Review: The nature of my complaint was not listed in the choices. But this form made me pick something.

My complaint is that I do NOT wish to receive ANY mail from this business. I have been receiving advertisements requesting to buy my vehicle back. I have called the business directly several times over the last year including speaking with the [redacted]r, requesting that they take my name off of their mailing list. I continued to receive mail. I contacted Toyota Headquaters and worked with them to get my name and address removed from DCH Toyota mailing list. I was told that it is a third party that mails out the advertisements. I contacted the third party directly and requested my name and address be removed. I thought the issue was resolved until I received more mail this past week. They want to buy my vehicle back. I don't even have the vehicle anymore! It was totaled out in an accident!Desired Settlement: I do NOT want to receive another piece of mail from this business. I LOVE the Toyota product but I will NEVER EVER purchase a product or service from this dealership ever! And I want them to stop contacting me!!

Review: We have bad experience for service at DCH Wappingers [redacted].

1, Regular service /multipoing inspection and without oil change and tire rotation.

2. They checked the tune up (oil fluid check /break fluid and other things which was not required or explained and miss coded the price.

The original price explained 79.00 dollar and changed to 170.00 and end up paying 345.00. (unscheduled).

1. There is rear Creaking noise on the rear side (number of times) but they still not fixed or ignored by dealership.

Please see this matter un fair charging the amount without explaining what they doing and nothing was wong to the car. But Creaking sound not even considered or fixed.

Needs to adjustment the bill or money back also to fix the issue...Desired Settlement: 1. Needs to adjustment the bill from 345.00 Dollar to 79.99 Dollar as per service

2. Needs to fixed the Creaking sound
