in december 2013 I CALLED d&d septic to pump out my septic and he replaced my pump with a new one.My basement backed up march 21,2014 at 11:30 pm and I called d&d septic regarding the pump he put in(645.75) and also needed a truck to come pump out my tanks.He used every excuse to by pass the pump issue [redacted]But he did tell me he would be right out and never showed up,wouldn't answer my calls .....so I sit with sewer in my basement!! I had to call in emergency [redacted] and call my insurance.Also call everywhere to find a septic truck!!
