Absolutely no customer service
I was misled as to what this site was for. It specifically stated that you could monitor another phone without the other person’s knowing and without having to download any software to their phone. I have reached out numerous times to DDI with a return number and email and NO ONE has helped me. I paid $69.99 and I want a full refund!

It's unreasonable at this point to waste more of my time. It took me to send 4 emails and waiting 48 hours to get my first reply from tech support. Then after working with tech support for 5 hours with not one word of any diagnostic process completed I was was left with out any response for another 15 hours and I had to send another 2 emails to get that response. Since then I have emailed twice to ask for a verification that my accounts are closed and they have wiped my information from their data bases and both emails have been reportedly closed without a response. This company only cares about keeping money. It doesn't care about the customer. It's 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. And it's 30 day money back guarantee is a bigger joke. They need sighted for false advertising. I refuse to do anymore without getting a my refund.
