We were contacted by the customer regarding his problem.We explained to him many times that his order was placed and paid via [redacted] .We have experienced some internal issues apart from the customer's case but this let us to disconnecting our [redacted] account from our website.We were in transition between the two [redacted] account(the old and the new) in the time of the problem and that is why we could not refund his [redacted] account directly.We have the full intention to compensate this customer but via check.Our accounting dept is aware of his case and they will issue the check as soon as possible(we are company with thousands of orders monthly and we have many other concerns to deal with at the same time) We have asked the customer to provide some understanding and be patient.This is not a scam for $Thank you for your timeBatterysharks team

Hello,We have never stated that we are selling the original Yuasa brand.As you can see on our website,in our logo even,we are selling replacement batteries "*** The Replacement Battery Specialists". further:***As it can be seen, the picture shows the shape of the battery along with a representation of the terminal configurationIn this sense, two slide on metal connectors are shownBelow the picture you can see the battery specs and its dimensionsI am also attaching the specification sheet for the original RTwhich matches the listing's title and the SP12-12HR that we sent youAs you can see from the specification sheets, both batteries are identical in size and specs thus you have received the correct replacement for what you have purchasedIf you got the RTmodel number from your current battery and searched it on *** website, you surely would have known that your battery has nut and bolt type of connection just by looking at it and that the slide on connectors shown on the picture of the listing would not be a good fit for youFurthermore, in the description of the listing we have states the following: "This is a replacement for Ritar RT- 12V 12AH Fterminal Sealed Lead Acid AGM Battery by SigmasTekMaintenance free battery, VRLA Battery, SLA Battery."It seems you have overlooked to confirm what you are buying is the same as what you need which is why we have suggested to return the incorrect battery back to us for a refundPer our return policy, we charge a 15% restocking fee for all items returned that are not exchanged and we cannot exchange the battery for the correct one since we do not carry itIf we did, there would have been a listing on *** with the correct picture and the correct description for your appliance. After filing the initial complaint - the Revdex.com then responded back to me - unfortunately, those emails went to my junk folder and I was unaware that I needed to take any type of further action I am still in dispute with this company over my promised refund of $days. Approaching days since they received the incorrect battery they sent me. Everyday I receive an email from what I am beginning to believe is a simple automated remodel system every day the email is from a different person with a different excuseOne day a check is being sent, one day a check has already been sent, one day we are sending the money to your *** account, excuses, excuses, excusesI request a phone call, a phone call offered, but I never received that phone call When I attempt to call them it seems as though they have program my number to go directly to their voicemail system which I leave messages which go on answered. In my opinion, its almost seems fraudulent for a company to tell you the refund has already been sent or promising that it will be sent in the next day or so and then tell you they're using *** - which is an obvious indication that a check is never sent. I wish to reopen this complaint and ask for you to do what ever possible to see if this company is commuting fraud. I have over + emails to prove the countless times that they have told me that "your refund check has been sent" / "you refund check will be sent by the end of this week" etc , etc (& those date back to mid-December. Please - please help me - I just want this to be done with.

Dylan,It arrived and looks okayThanks for the help. If this one fails prematurely, I will probably give up on the brand and let you guys know because I suspect there's a problem with your supplier. Also, the inner boxes do have the side labeled "this side up" on their sides. Maybe this only applies to standard, non-sealed lead-acide batteries rather than these sealed, maint-free AGM units, but I thought I'd pass that along so it can be checked. Have a good holiday weekend

Hello,We see that this is regarding order number 410689, the customer ordered one battery for APC BE550G and one battery for CyberPower 625AVR, both batteries model numbers are SP12-and SP12-and they have the same dimensionsThe customer called us and informed his unit is a
CyberPower 625VA, which is using different battery with model number CPS5.5-12, which we do not carryWe talked on the phone with our customer and we explained that he ordered a battery for different UPS unit and if he wants he can send it back for refund. Thank you

Hello, We have a lot of different listings for different ups units on our website and usually they could use different batteriesThe battery for the CyberPower 625AVR, which was ordered cannot be used in your unit CyberPower 625VARegarding the batteries with same dimensions, one is 12V 7.5AH and the other one is 12V 9AH, which is the upgraded version and that is why the price is differentLike we tried to inform you in order to recommend the correct battery for these units we need the model number of the old battery or the full model number listed on the back of the unitIf you want to return it please contact us via email or phone.Thank you

[redacted],I am sorry that you feel this way. I believe I went out of my way several times to make it right by you. I offered you a $50 store credit while we were processing the checks and sent you the correct battery at no expense in the meantime. You still have store credit left with us. The checks were delayed by far that is true, I agree it took way longer than anticipated, but I have communicated with you the inability on our end to send you a check. We were recovering from a massive intrusion and you insisted day after day, indeed you sent 200 identical emails, that we send you a check. I do not see how it is possible for us to do something when we are not able to physically do it from a business perspective. On January [redacted], we got access to our [redacted] account and I thought it would be much better to send you the money there rather than send the check as you would get the money instantaneously in your online account. Now that I have sent the $60.17 back to you and that I gave you $50.00 store credit, you are still punching while I am on the ground.
