I ordered the [redacted] curling iron from deals anchor It reatails for over $ I paid $for the iron I waited well over a month and received a [redacted] curling wand from ChinaI emailed the company seeing as how there is no number to contact and got a response asking for a picture of the item I received I sent the picture and was told I got the upgraded model with more features This model has an on/off switch and that's it [redacted] I have since contacted them six separate times with no response at all

I ordered 2-curling and straightening iron Oct On Oct I asked where my order was and they responded and said to be patient I sent an email Nov 13, and they ignored me It is now Nov 26, and I still have not received my order

I have emailed customer service multiple times regarding a purchase of an item that showed up both broken and the [redacted] possible quality product [redacted] I reached out asking for return & refund instructionsI followed the return instructions online no one ever responded to me costing approximately $for shipping to Canada and now the item is being returned to me

I had ordered the [redacted] rotating iron on 929/My credit card was charged on 10/2/I received an initial email stating it shipped 10/then another on 10/It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap with no instructions or invoiceI went to check it's operability [redacted] I realized it has an usual blue with two thin pointed prongs, that could not be plugged in to a regular receptacle and came with no other adapterI have emailed the company three times with pics attached and have received no responseThis company sent the wrong product without the operable adapter and efforts to try and get money back has thus far failed [redacted]
