I had ordered the *** rotating iron on 929/My credit card was charged on 10/2/I received an initial email stating it shipped 10/then another on 10/It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap with no instructions or invoiceI went to check it's operability ***I realized it has an usual blue with two thin pointed prongs, that could not be plugged in to a regular receptacle and came with no other adapterI have emailed the company three times with pics attached and have received no responseThis company sent the wrong product without the operable adapter and efforts to try and get money back has thus far failed***
