Review: I ordered a completely different product from the one I recieved. I ordered the advertised special of a 3-lens phone camera set that retailed for 18.21 (which my credit card was billed for) I nstead I recieved a 3 set of some kind of self chargers for cell phones with a USB(?) Anyways, I went to the websiter to report this, but since there were no phone numbers, and just a e-mail. I sent an e-mail and described the problem. Then I waited...for at least a week, and no reply. So I emailed them again, and,still no reply....the oringinal transaction took place on 10/**/2014, and, I still don't have the right product!Desired Settlement: I either would like them to send me the right product, or, refund my monry. If they insist on me returning the wrong one they had oringinally sent ,e, then I would request a postage-free mailer.

Till now I have sent almost 20 emails, have no response yet.

I requested shipping return label, never got one.

So I shipped it to the address it originally came from Brooklyn, NY. I spent 4 dollars to send it.

I have not got any response yet.

Review: Bought an item from Deals Devil ([redacted]). Item arrived but bigger in size.I emailed them at [redacted] for replacement.Got an email back in a few days on how to return it.I returned the item within 30 days return period.So I waited for a few weeks to get the replacement but nothing arrived.I started contacting them twice via email but I did not get any response anymore.I waited a few weeks more, still no response.No telephone to contact them either.I have the tracking number and they indeed received the item.I want a refund for my hard earned money. Actually, I already lost $5 for returning the item to them. I should have kept the product instead and use it as a gift but it'salready too late. Review: I placed an order with Dealsdevil.com on 09-**-2014 order #[redacted]. The purchase price was withdrawn from my bank the very next day. To this date, it still says that the order is PROCESSING. I tried contacting them over a week ago about the issue, I was sent three emails, exactly the same saying that my item has been shipped and have still not received my order. I was given a link to check on the status and shipping of my order, but when I go there, it still says PROCESSING. There is no reason that anything should take a month or longer to ship out. If it was out of stock, I would have understood, but it doesn't show that at all.Desired Settlement: I have lost all faith in Deals Devil and wish to part companies with a simple refund.

Review: On 7/**/2014, I ordered a 9pk of size 36 bras from Deals Devil (Order #[redacted]). On 7/**/2014, Deals Devil shipped 3 bras in size 36 and 6 bras in size 38. (Unfulfilled Order) I emailed customer service regarding their error - all bras should have been size 36.

Deals Devil wanted me to pay to return the shipment and then they were then going to send me the correct order. (Poor Management of Their Issue/Error)

After a few strange, one-line responses from them, they suggested they could send me a refund via [redacted] I paid via credit card. I don't have a [redacted] account and I don't want to set one up. (Again, Poor Management of Their Issue/Error)

I followed up via emailing - the only viable medium to contact them - several times and they continued to send me one line responses that were terse and in some cases rude. I have no idea who is managing their customer service email account, but they are poorly trained and inept at fulfilling their responsibility. (Poor Customer Service Communication)

There is no way I'm paying to ship the order back. It was their mistake. (Is that really their policy? That's a horrible business model.) And, I still haven't been refunded for the original purchase, nor have they sent me the correct order.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experience from an online company. I can't believe they are still in business.Desired Settlement: Either I want to be refunded from the original purchase, or I want them to send the correct order free of charge. (And, I would like them to update their business policy so this never happens again to someone else.)

Review: On July [redacted], 2014, I placed an online order # [redacted] on dealsdevil.com website for boys briefs in the amount of $21.42 including shipping fee. I was sent an email the next day with [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. My [redacted] E-giftcard was charged through processor [redacted]. I never received the shipment. Tracking information at [redacted] website shows that although the tracking number was created by the merchant, it did not hand over the parcel to [redacted] for shipping.

Starting September [redacted], 2014, I emailed several times to both [redacted] and [redacted] inquiring about the non-shipment and asking for a refund. I also went to their website, login to my account to initiate web inquiry regarding the same issue.for several times. Despite their website boasting 24/7 customer servie, I never heard back from them once.

I called [redacted] to dispute the transaction but was told by [redacted] that my payment was from my giftcard and not a credit card, so they refused to work with me. However, they confirmed that the charged was for dealsdevil.com and provided me a phone number that appeared on the charge, that was ###-###-####. I called the number and spoked to a person, but the lady and her [redacted] on her side insisted that they did not know or heard of Deals Devil or dealsdevil.com. She mentioned that they sold on [redacted] and [redacted] and through wholesale accounts but not dealsdevil.com website. I was told I called the wrong company.

I also called the credit card processor [redacted] for help. They confirmed that the transaction was performed on their network, but they could not help me in getting my money back. They also provided me a merchant contact phone number to call, that was ###-###-####. That number, however, appeared to be a non working number.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money to the same [redacted] gift card that was charged to.
