Review: I ordered from dealsdevil.com about 3 weeks ago and have repeatedly checked their website to see the status of my order, only to find it is still "Processing." I have repeatedly contacted the email address on the website, but have yet to receive any replies. I also contacted them on [redacted] and [redacted], but those accounts have since been removed. My order total was only about $20, so it wasn't a huge thing, but I know there were other people experiencing the same thing. I would like my order delivered or receive a refund. I would also like to hear from the website about my order.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered or my money back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

There was no communication and the website seemed fishy, but shortly after I submitted my complaint, I received the package from [redacted].

Review: I ordered a package from Deals Devil on September [redacted]. As of today September [redacted] they have yet to ship my order. I have emailed them twice within the last week, but have not received any answer from them.Desired Settlement: It was been almost a month since I ordered so I think they should refund my money.

Review: On September *, 2014 I ordered from Deals Devil. On September ** 2014 they charged my bank account for the product. My order says it is still in process. They will not respond to any email sent about the order. They have taken my money and failed to provide the product.Desired Settlement: Just want my money returned.

I did not end up with products ordered as I do not understand how ketchup and mustard containers or lemon juicers can be considered elecrtronic. But will not use the company again and will advise other to avoid this compny also.

Review: On **SEP2014 I ordered a Mystery Box, order # [redacted]. I got confirmation of the order via email, and paid through [redacted], of which the company did deduct $9.99. After a few weeks of hearing nothing more, and checking my order on their site several times, which at times said either Processing or Order not found, I contacted the customer service email address twice, with no response. I've contacted them twice on [redacted] and twice on [redacted] also, again with no response from Deals Devil.Desired Settlement: I would like my $9.99 refunded to [redacted], and an apology. I will also accept the merchandise, if the company contacts me to apologize and give me the status and prompt delivery of the order.
