Debt Recovery Solutions

Review: I am filing a compliant against the collection agency Debt Recovery Solutions in the amount of $520. This company started to report to my credit July of 2015 without me being aware of any collection. Not only are they reporting to my credit now every month, they are stating that I am over 120 days behind on payment to them. Again, I have not been aware of the collection until August 2015 The information is damaging to my credit and is frivolous and I am requesting that it be removed immediately. I have contacted the company three times and was never so appalled at the way they speak with and treat people. They swear and belittle customers as they have me on the phone each time. I only received one letter in August and have never been contacted by them before and I do not know how they can put this on my credit report without notice.Desired Settlement: I would like this removed from my credit score completely, would like an apology and I will pay if this is a legitimate claim if they are willing to negotiate a settlement with me and provide proof of the debt.

Review: I received a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions stating that I had delinquent receivable from [redacted] and I was instructed to make payment directly to Dept Recovery Solutions offices,and also had several phone numbers to make arrangements to pay this dept,When I called they number to get information regarding the dept they said it was back in 2004 and closed back in 2005 and I wanted to dispute the dept he immediately told me have a nice day and hung up on me, On the bottom of the letter was a box to fill out for my credit card information.I don't recall this dept that happened nine years ago.Desired Settlement: I dont want this to end up on my credit report
