Review: They are calling me about a Verizon phone bill (Residential) that I already paid. I contacted Verizon back in 2011 to disconnect my service and a representative accidently selected I was deceased. The bill was for $283.15 and my husband paid $285.55 on 2/*/2011. My payment wasn't due until 2/**/2011 This is not the first debt collector that is calling me about the same bill. This particular bill just keeps circulating and debt collector keeps calling. I just ignore the calls and letters I receive about this bill.Desired Settlement: Please don't contact me about this Verizon bill again.

Review: I received a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions stating that I had delinquent receivable from [redacted] and I was instructed to make payment directly to Dept Recovery Solutions offices,and also had several phone numbers to make arrangements to pay this dept,When I called they number to get information regarding the dept they said it was back in 2004 and closed back in 2005 and I wanted to dispute the dept he immediately told me have a nice day and hung up on me, On the bottom of the letter was a box to fill out for my credit card information.I don't recall this dept that happened nine years ago.Desired Settlement: I dont want this to end up on my credit report
