I got a pay off amount from Debt Wave to pay off all my credit cardI was in their program for a monthDept Wave emailed me the pay off amount with a list off credit cards total amount of $17,they requested a cashier check I sent a cashier check for $17,on 10/02/one day delivery the trucking number (***) they received October 4, 2017, 5:pm Delivered, Left with Individual SAN DIEGO, CA On 10/13/I got a email from Dept Wave 10/13/subject Account Paid in fullCrongrats! (my Client ID:***) and a list of all credit cards paid in fullDept Wave did not sent me a confirmation number so I called them for it and they told me that they waiting on the check to clearOn 10/18/I received an email from Dept Wave stating credit cards left with a balance of $between allThe $17,it was their agreement for the pay off amount
I have used Debtwave many years ago, and I found the management at that time to be reliable and informative and always there when I had a question It took me about and a half years to clear a debt of over 40K, and my credit did not suffer after I completed the program During the process my score was low but once my debt was clear, my score didn't take long to rise again I established credit and make sure that I keep my debt to income ratio where it is safe I learned the hard way never to allow myself to fall into dyer straits because I couldn't control my spending Lesson learned the hard way, but I am thankful for Debtwave to keep things in perspective for me regarding control over your spending
Debtwave has been so supportive and helpful in assisting me in reducing my debts! Christopher *** gives me emails/calls to update me, and he has always been available to talk with me when I called him What a great service and stress reducer that they have provided for me!
