My experience with debtwave has been nothing but a pleasure I was so fa in debt that I had no clue how to get out of debt I figured it out to be about years to pay them off I contacted debt wave and they helped me consolidate all my credit cards it was quick and easy its been years and I only have about a year and a half and I will be out of debt its well worth it everyone there is so nice

DebtWave Credit Counseling has provided an outstanding service to me. After an extended period of unemployment, I had racked up credit card debt of over $25000, and after my unemployment benefits ran out, I was unable to pay any of my credit card payments. This leads to credit card companies jacking up your interest rates, sometimes to over 30%. When I finally became employed again, I was faced with a choice between bankruptcy or debt management, and happily I chose the latter. DebtWave interviewed me over the phone, and devised a personalized plan of action. They intervened with the credit card companies to get the interest rates back down (some to even 5-6%), and implemented a plan where I just make one consolidated payment a month. Now that I am about two-thirds of the way through my program, I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with how DebtWave is leading me to freedom from debt and restoration of my credit score. I highly recommend DebtWave to anyone suffering from unmanageable debt.

We were disappointed by Debtwave, and it's customer service. We were told the program would improve our credit – not so.
After being enrolled in DebtWave for about 6 months, we were reviewing our mortgage account with our bank, we were to told that our card debt had been reported as in "collections" due to having a DebtWave account. The bank’s explanation was that major lenders review DebtWave as a collection agency. After enrolling with DebtWave program, we are now considered a high risk and were told that we would be considered high risk for 12 months after closing our DebtWave account.
Our credit rating has dropped dramatically; we would never recommend DebtWave.
DebtWave has been nothing but professional in the way they handled my account. I have received timely updates showing balances and know exactly what I need to do to ensure further assistance.
Debt Wave Credit Counseling is a great service!
