The out fit is a complete fraud. They do not reply to telephone calls or E-Mail. I suggest that an inquiry should be started by the state attorney general.

One of these days I'll learn to read reviews before ordering or buying online! Ordered on Feb 21, 2020. Immediate email they received my order and charged my credit card. 3 weeks went by and nothing. No emails about the order or shipping eta etc..... Called to cancel order. Someone did answer and took all info, then said she would have to give to her supervisor to approve refund. Nothing happened. Now when I call, you're put on hold and no one answers the phone.

It's a scam. They will not return calls. The aids sound like a 60s am radio. That is if they work. I don't trust them.

Scam! it's been 6 months and can't get refund

I waited 9 weeks to get aids.
Nothing in box but aids and USB chargers. No instructions no ears adjustment adapters.
No one answers their phone numbers and no response from emails.
Worse company on this earth

I bought a set of these junk rechargeable hearing aids, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The first one quit working altogether about 45 days after purchase, and the second one quit holding a charge about 4 months in. It's good for about 90 minutes and then back to nothing. These were $495 dollars, took forever to ship, and have been a struggle since the beginning. They are really touchy to charge, and finding replacement dome is a hassle as the company doesn't sell the parts, not do they supply you with any information regarding what would fit.

Completely fly by night, and unresponsive. Stay very, very far away!

I purchased hearing aids by phone on 01/08/2020 with this company using my debit card paying in full 397.00 and never received them. Called and emailed them several times as to where they were and was told they were having issues getting the parts due to the fires in Australia. I finally called them on 04/03/20 and told them I wanted a full refund and as of today still don't have it.

I bought a pair of CIC hearing aids from decibel hearing aids company from Scottsdale Az. just didn:t work for me so called them up and said I could upgrade to a pair of BHE aids with no additional cost, I said fine so I sent back the other pair, last time I talked to anybody was some guy named Fabio who said their parts come from all over Europe and China said they would probably have them in by the 6th of March, tried calling for an update on order no one answers the phone you wait forever then they come on phone saying they will call back as soon as some one is free they don"t answer email either sounds to me like the old run around I"d say stay away from these clowns

I have returned hearing aid I could not use. They received it on February 28 2020 .As of today I have not been received refund . Tried to contact them by email and phone, no answer or reply.

Ordered and paid for hearing aids had to return they were defective I returned them I haven’t received my order yet or my money returned since January 2020

I purchased Hearing Aids from Decibel online with a promise of a refund if they did not work out. They did not work out and I have email confirming the refund is accepted but have failed to receive it. I have called emailed and spoken to agents in Decibel but cannot now get throught to anyone.

Ordered hearing aids received them but were wrong size sent them back , never got a replacement and or my money refunded. I can’t get a response from them . This has been going on since November of 2019

I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Decibel on Jan 2, 2020 but did not receive them until Feb 29, 2020. I returned them on March 10, 2020 and they were received in AZ on March 12, 2020. They advertised a 30 day money back policy. I have contacted the company twice by email have not received my refund or a response.

I ordered hearing aids under order 11512. They sent me the wrong hearing aids and they did not work. I called and Jen from the office said to send them back and I would get the ones I ordered. I did. When I got the ones I ordered, they did not work either. I sent them back and have been waiting for a $600.00 refund since January 2020 when I returned them. I have sent emails to their *** and I have called them at least 50 times and get no answer. I saw an article on the internet that says they are a scam. I wish I saw it before I ordered. I need the money to buy hearing aids that do work.

Purchased R4 Mini Pro, Order ***, and it was delivered on October 15, 2019. I tried to tune the device for my Tinnitus and could not get satisfactory results. I contacted Decibel within the 30 day return period and was given instructions. On December 5, 2019 I received an email from Steven P telling me to return the device for a full refund. I did return the device and Decibel acknowledged its receipt. I have a tracking receipt that shows delivery was made on December 11, 2019 and signed for by J W. On December 19, 2019 I received an email from Fabio E indicating that the refund takes 14 days from the time the device is received in the Decibel facility. Since December 19 I have sent 19 emails to the Decibel support team and called well over 20 times. I have emails from Stephen and Fabio indicating that I am guaranteed a refund. On February 11, 2020 I received an email indicating that I have received a refund. No refund/credit was made to my credit card company or no check was received by me. On Fevbruary 18, 2020 I received an email from Fabio apologizing for the delay and indicating that the refund is being workd on. I've talked to Timothy, Aaron and a number of other agents. For the last two months I have continually called the support number during business hours and have left messages. Many times the call just goes busy and is not connected. I have left numerous messages when I got through asking for someone to respond with an update.

I have been guaranteed in writing a refund and yet after 3 months it has not been completed.

This is not how a reputable company operates.

January 16,2020 I returned a pair of hearing aids to Decibel Hearings Aids,which they received on January 21,2020. To this date I have not received a refund. This company will not answer phone calls. I have sent emails, they reply by saying "call their pone number " which they don't answer.

On 11/30/2019 I purchased R-4 hearing aids (pair) Order#*** received 1/6/2020. Tried and didn’t work for me. Called to return during 30 day trial. Was told to overnight as there was only 3 days before guarantee wasn’t void. Sent USPS overnight at cost of $34.80. Tracking #***. Received at *** on February 5, 2020. I’ve called numerous times at 201-297-6875. It puts you on hold for around 10 minutes then recording says no one is available. This has been over 3-1/2 weeks I’ve tried contacting them. I also sent numerous messages with no reply. I am a widow living on Social Security. I need my refund of $147.00. Please help. If you call please leave message and I will return call, or send me an email with phone number you’ll be using and I’ll put it in my phone book so I receive. All my calls that are unknown or not in my phone book are blocked. Do I calls were constant so my daughter rerouted them so I’m not constantly disturbed. Thank you for your assistance. I really appreciate your help.
