paid for hearing aids and did not receive them. It has been a month. I want my money back 147.00 or the product sent.

Ordered a product from Decibel Hearing Aids. Waited almost 3 months. When they arrived, I received the wrong model. An older model that was not rechargeable. I contacted the company. After several attempts they offered to send me a return address label. I returned the product and have not received the refund. I have contacted them 3 times with no answer.

I cancelled the order for the Decibel hearing aids in plenty of time for them to not ship them out. I emailed them several times & they would respond with "we are processing your request"
They arrived by USPS & I took the unopened package to Post Office indicating refusal to accept the delivery, which USPS stamped on package and returned to Decibel Hearing in Arizona. They received them 4 days later as they responded with an email saying they were processing my refund in full. They have not credited my refund to my credit card as of yet despite emails indicating they are processing it. I originally ordered on 1-11-20, then cancelled order on 1-30-20, they arrived anyway on 2-14-20 they were returned in original packaging on same day 2-14-20. On 2-08 received email saying they would refund 100% once they received back at warehouse, 2-10 they indicated a full refund, then 2-24 they received the hearings aids back & said I would receive refund in 14 days also emailed same on 2-25 & 3-3. Still have not received any refund. I had to change my credit card number so that they would not charge me any further. They can still credit the card number they have on file and it will be credited to my account as my credit card company is aware of this dispute.

I've been trying to get a refund for $ 497 from this company for over a month now. Their policy states that I would get a refund after 14 business days. I've sent several emails and always get the same response. "We deeply apologize for the delay, we are working on your refund." I've also tried to call 2 different numbers at least 15 times each being on hold for over 10 minutes each time. At the end of the hold time there is a recording that they will call back, but I can not leave a message, and it just hangs up. I believe I'm getting scammed. They have had the non-working hearing aids back in their possession since Feb. 1, 2020. Please help!

ordered and paid for product feb. 3 2020 have not received product

I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Decibel (order # ***) back on 2/8/2020. On February 13th I requested a status and was told the following via email:
'We apologize deeply for the delay in inventory. We get parts for our hearing aids from all over the world sent to our manufacturing plant in Phoenix, Arizona. Since the Coronavirus outbreak, a lot of the parts sent in from Europe, China, and All the world are being held in customs for an extended period of time. We are not projected to get the parts to our factory until March 6th. We are very sorry for the delay and would like to offer you 10% off your purchase.

On February 17th I replied "Thank you but this is not acceptable. Also I was under the impression the hearing aids were a product of the USA. Please provide a FULL refund ASAP."
On February 18th I received the following reply: "Hello, We apologize for the delay, we are working on your refund.
Thank you for your patience. "
On February 22nd I replied: "The refund has not been received yet. Please provide an update."
No reply was received.
On March 4th I sent the following message: "The refund requested on February 17th has not been received as of March 4th. It should not take this long to process a refund. When the product was ordered the money was deducted from our account immediately. Please provide an update."
There has been no reply to the request and no refund.
When the business phone number is called the message repeats itself if you select an option. No one answers calls.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone do business with this scam of a company. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Use *** or *** where your purchase can be guaranteed.

hearing aids purchased one does not work. Have emailed at least 100 times. just keep saying working on it. number they give to call does not work. even was willing to have replaced but company just kept saying working on it. Going on now for about 2 months

They have not replied to any of my emails or a phone call. Following is the last email I sent on 2-28-2020

I just called your company at *** because you DON’T REPLY TO MY EMAIL. The lady on the phone could not help me saying the managers won’t pick up the phone. I AM NOW ASKING ONE LAST TIME TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM THAT ORDER *** FOR S1 HEARING AIDS HAVE BE CANCELLED AND CREDIT PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD OF 397. I have disputed to charge with my credit card company. I am not paying this. I though this was legitimate and not a scam. Guess I was wrong. You don’t answer emails, you don’t solve problems on the phone. Very poor customer service. You give on line buying a bad name.

ONE LAST TIME PLEASE CONFIRM CANCELLATION AND REFUND

I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Decibel. I returned them as I was unable to wear them.
They were received by Decibel in December and I cannot get my refund!
I keep getting email response that they are sorry for the delay.

Ordered hearing aids Feb. 12/2020. They said 3-7 days shipping. Have not been able to talk to anybody about my order, Email or phone. Trying to cancel the order and do not get a response. Order # ***.

Purchased hearing aids, and returned within 7 days of receipt. Decibels received return on 2/1/20 and still have not received the credit on my credit card. Each time I email, I get the same response be patient. I was told it takes 10-14 days for refund but as of today it’s been 27 days and no refund yet. I’ve emailed once a week requesting refund. I do have all the correspondence of emails

I purchased a set of hearing aids on 12/24/19. I received the hearing aids on 12/30/19.The company advertises a 30 day trial period. The sales person also confirmed this as their company policy. I returned the hearing aids on 1/7/20. The hearing aids were received in Phoenix at 2:38 PM on 1/10/20 according to US postal service. I called the company on 1/10/20 to ask about the refund. I was told it would take 2 weeks and to call back on 1/30/20 if I had not received the refund. I called again on 1/30/20 and was told I was on the "list" and they would contact their manager. I called again today and was told they would call me back by a recording. The product did not do what I was told by the company

I purchased a pair of Decibel R4 Mini Pro Hearing Devices on February 7, 2020. The Representative taking order and the Decibel Hearing Website https://decibelhearingaids.com represent that the devices can be tried for up to 30 days with Full Refund if Returned.
I started trying the Customer Service Number *** on February 10, 2020 to Return the Devices because they are too large to fit comfortably in my Ear Canals. When calling that number, I was only put on message that all reps are busy with music for 5 minutes then message that a Rep would return my call. I have not received any Return Phone Calls in the prior 5 days so I can request the Address to Return the Devices. The website says Do Not Return to the Address from which they were sent.

1) I want to Return the Devices for 100% Refund of $597+ paid to purchase.

2) And I want any and all Credit Card Information Expunged from the Records of Decibel Hearing Technology.

I returned a pair of Decibel R4 Mini Pro hearing Aids for $697.00 minus a restocking fee of 110.00 on 1/6/2020 for a refund. I contacted the company several times by email and and by phone. they sent me emails back saying their working on the refund, Thank you for your patience. By phone, they keep me on ten minutes then say we will call you when someone is available. They never call.

On December 2nd I ordered a pair of hearing aids. I was told it would take 3 weeks because of the date which was cyber monday. I didn't receive it until January. There was only 1 charger and 1 of the hearing aids stopped working. I did get through and was told that I could receive another one or 1 of 2 other models. I chose the s1 and was told that I would have it in 1 week. When it didn't arrive I called and was told it was in Alaska and they were trying to get it through customs at this point I keep trying to call but am on hold 10 minutes then get a recording that says that all lines are busy and they will call back when a line is available but never received a call back. I would love the s1 or s4. If not I would like my money back. Thank you

Ordered hearing aid from this company, on 1/1/2020. There was short 3 or 4 days, for shipping. On the 14 of Jan I called the co. Message was all personnel was busy with other customers. Said there would be a 5 to 10 minutes wait. I waited 25 minutes, message was no was there, they would call back when agents were in. I called the 15th of Jan, the same story. I then called to order on line, got a sales pitch and was told to stay on the line, someone would help in a short time. Another 25 minutes, then a message no one available, they would call back when agents were available nothing, Am at this time out of a $147.00. Would like your help. THANKS

I WENT ON LINE AND GOT THE SAME OCATION AS THE SALES ON LINE, CALLED PHONR NUMBER, THE SAME AS SALES. MUSIC FOR MANY MINUTES, WHEN RECORDING SAYS NOT AVAILABLE, WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN ABLE, NEVER HAPPENS, THEY TOOK $147,00 +$4,00out 1/1/20. LOOKED THE ADRESS UP THAT WAS ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, *** IS A HOUSE FOR SALE. YOU TELL ME IF THIS IS A SCAM.

Purchased a pair decibel hearing aids R4 on Dec. 23, 2019 in the amount of $147.00 Ad said I would receive them in 3 days. As of now, Jan. 7, 2020 the aids have not arrived. The $147.00 was charged to my bank account the same day as purchased, Dec. 23, 2019. I would like very much to receive the aids I bought and paid for. Thank you for your help in this matter.

BE VERY AWARE!! PURE NIGHTMARE!
I placed an online order on 11/30/2019, for Decibel™ R4 MINI PRO Rechargeable CIC Hearing Aids (FULL PAIR) - BUY 1 GET 1 for $697.00. I called Decibel right after receiving an order confirmation to clarify their return policy. Their associate put the phone down on my ear! I emailed Decibel support using email address on the order right away, stopping shipment and cancelling the order. No reply to emails or reading receipts were received to my many emails. December 2, 2019, I called Decibel again and David(?), was incredible disrespectful and insolent, right at greeting and throughout the whole call! When I requested the order to be cancelled he replied that it had already shipped. Not true according to USPS tracking number supplied with the order confirmation. I have never encountered a more belligerent and abusive customer agent as this Decibel associate! They shipped the cancelled order, forcing me to waste time and shipping costs to return it. I had already contacted my credit card institution and no restocking fees were collected! This was a nightmare, numerous calls and emails. Lot of time wasted! Decibel runs a deceiving company, very rude, even the sales manager ignored my emails until was useful for him to advise the re-stoking fees, after the item was delivered! Their return policy does not mention the 15% re-stoking fee at all! This online company and practices should be investigated!

Poor products, poor service, unadvertised refund policies. I bought a pair of their premium (C-I-C)
in ear canal units They were two left ear units, and I was told they didn't make different ones for each ear. I required assistance to remove the one from my right ear. They arranged for me to exchange them for BTE (behind the ear) equivalents. One of them had very distorted audio. I asked to return them for a full refund, and received a partial refund later that I was told, and nothing was said about a restocking fee (of $103, or 15%), and nothing was stated in writing in the ordering method I used (Facebook via phone). When I called their customer service, I received a rude reception, and they told me such American made quality required restocking fees. I tried much better quality from a Non-American made company. Additionally they were more professional. I suspect that Decibel is a possible scam. Their phone has changed.
