I used Decorative Concrete Resurfacing to do my pool deck area and they were amazing! Not only were they helpful in showing samples, colors etcthey were extremely organized and beyond efficient! I plan on using them in the future for more projects! I would highly recommend this company!

I have only had the product on for a week but all my neighbors, friends and family love it! The crew was amazing and so polite and a joy to have at the houseI felt so comfortable with them that at times I forgot I had workmen at the house! We were so pleased with Decorative Concrete Resurfacing that we would highly recommend them to anyone After our initial phone contact with them, Lindsey promptly set up an appointment to visit our home and give us an estimate We had received estimates from several other businesses Lindsey arrived on time bringing samples and ample pictures of other jobs We were in the process of adding a screenroom and weren't sure if we should have the concrete stamping completed before or after the completion of the room Lindsey said they could do it either way but recommended we wait until the room was finished We discussed colors and designs Lindsey suggested to make the outside concrete one pattern and inside the screenroom a different pattern to distinguish the two different areas
After several weeks, the room was finished and we called Decorative Concrete to come and write up a contract The project was started four weeks later The crew showed up on time and were very polite They covered our plants and siding were with protective paper
This project took four days to complete The crew worked continuously, only taking a break for lunch One day they began at 8:a.mand finished the day at 6:p.m., even though the temperatures were in the 90's They always cleaned up after each day
Melanie, the Production Manager, contacted us early each day to report the time the crew would arrive and what they were to accomplish that day She was very friendly and upbeat every time I spoke to her

I though first of all your crew did an excellent job, they were very careful. They did a good job putting the bubble pack in the pool so there wasn't any spraying on the landscaping. They were very conscientious and asked questions if they wanted to know something. The end result of the product looks great. We're very happy with it!

We had Decorative Concrete Resurfacing apply Polyurea/Polyaspartic flooring system in our garage last month. We love the new look, it sure makes cleaning the garage easier. Decorative Concrete Resurfacing has been excellent to work with and as a repeat customer I highly recommend them. We worked with Lindsey to have our pool deck resurfaced and our garage as well. The two jobs had to be completed on different time schedules and Lindsey was able to accommodate our request. The work crew on both projects were very pleasant, professional and completed the work and clean up in a timely manner. Melanie did a follow up meeting with us to get our feedback which was positive. I just had a job completed where Decorative Concrete Resurfacing repaired and installed a decorative overlay on my front porch... It turned out incredibly well... The company is very professional in all aspects of the way they run their business.

My job was not the largest that you will find, in fact a few contractors that I had contacted prior to Decorative Concrete Resurfacing turned down the job because they said it was too small to be worth their time...

However, Decorative Concrete Resurfacing, not only took on the job they did tremendous work.

The crew was on time every step of the way. They walked me through it, made sure that I liked the colors, and got my approval on each step. They were really great; worked through lots of different types of weather and stayed with it until it was finished. I was informed on every single step, so I had a wonderful experience!

I used their "Fast free quote" function on their website 2 times and received no call back. After 2 weeks of waiting I called the number listed on their website for a quote. The person I spoke to scheduled an appointment with me for the next day with Lindsey. The appointment was between 10-11 am. Lindsey never showed up or or attempted to contact me. I would suggest finding a company for your work, that has the ability to give you a quote.

My husband and I have been using Decorative Concrete for our pool decking needs for over 15 years, and the work they recently performed once again proved that they are the best in the business. Our pool is over 20 years old, and they have ,over the years, rehabbed the entire deck and patched, repainted and repaired as necessary. The work they performed last fall was again another job done on time, fairly priced and professional in all manners. The deck now looks brand new.

Good experience, all the people were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend this company.

Our solution offered: if it is a clean install line that is normal; if it is not a clean line, we can touch that up under 2 year warranty (most likely happened from when the installation tape was pulled up). We can review during site visit and touch up as needed.   2.“Repair the crooked grout lines in pool”: customer stated that he didn’t have an exact amount discount in mind to be acceptable, but was thinking $1,000 because  it is a big deal for him to see those when he is in his pool.  Our solution offered: Either an additional $200 discount (totaling $400 total with previously given $200 discount) OR touch up as best as possible during site visit (8-12 brick grout lines total).    3. “Remove ALL rocks discolored. Likely need to spend several more hours cleaning them up and not just on the surface. I plan to put wiring and tubing in the rocks this year and when I move the rocks I do not want to uncover more painted rocks.” Our solution offered: We are willing to do a bit more cleanup, but 100% cleanup of overspray on rocks cannot be promised; this is construction and it is stated in our contract that there is a 5% overspray possibility. However, we will wait until after customer puts wire and tubing in the rocks this year before we do this.   4. “Repair the scoreline so all of the lines meet; none should go over and none should be short of the next line”: customer stated that crew attempted to fix while kevin was out there, but is still not to his satisfaction. Our solution offered: we can touch that up further, to the best of our ability, during site visit.   5. “Remove all of the grey grout from the tan/brown areas or provide compensation and repair the problem areas (ex. grey on the wall instead of just on the ground)”: customer stated that the problem areas are located where the  grey grout is splashed on the wall of the stairs; Owner explained that normally we try to split the difference with the tape on where the tread and the riser meets for the tape; Customer stated that some of that grey from the grout area is on the wall. Our solution offered: We will clean as best as possible upon site visit.  Per his grey grout removal request, we always have a grout.  The reason we put grey on the border and deck was so it would match the  grout line; Our solution offered: we can send a guy out there with a paintbrush to paint it ether the color of your border or your deck color. In our professional opinion that will not look good, but we would be glad to do that. Customer stated that no further action is necessary for removing the grey grout line since a grout line will still remain per standard company install technique.  6. “Have someone from management actually make a call to me instead of working over just email with severely delayed responses”: Completed on 1/23/2017 4:47-5:12 P.M. with Owner [redacted] and Production Manager [redacted]; final resolution promised to customer within 2 days. UPDATE: [redacted] and [redacted] Hanley left a message on 1/25/17 close to 6 PM when customer didn't answer our follow up call. We ask that the customer please review this response to each of his seven points and read the "our solution offered" sections to reach a final resolution.   7. “Compensate me for my wasted time and resources cleaning up the company’s mess”. Our solution offered: No solution; company will not be compensating because when Kevin, one of the owners, was present he discussed and attempted to address the issues to     full satisfaction including discounts already given.

March 2016 - Decorative Concrete Resurfacing recently completed applying SunOne primer and finish coating to our front porch, sidewalk and back patio. The coating included multi-colored vinyl acrylic paint chips. The job was completed in two days. I am extremely happy with the results. The outside appearance to our home has been greatly enhanced. I found the owner and employees to be friendly and informative. I highly recommend this business.
