I ordered a cellphone case three weeks ago and I am yet to receive it in the mail. I got a thank you email from them saying my order was being processed but never received a email with a tracking number. As of today I have tried emailing their customer service three times and I am told nobody is available to email back. But however I continue to receive emails from them,the email name is *** and they are sending me discount flyers to buy more phone cases, I spent $24.95 or the case I would really like to get what I paid for

It took about a month to receive the case I ordered from them. Their website says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and a 30 day money back policy. The case is just absolutely awful and I hate it. The video used sneaky marketing tactics to make it seem like you could fit a lot more in it than you can, putting the 1-2 cards you can fit into the case and getting them back out again is difficult and time consuming, and I'm no where in the vicinity of 100% satisfied. I followed the website's instructions and emailed their support group that day. I have since sent 2 more refund requests to the same email address, and have not had a single response. The first email was 12 days ago.

In December of 2018 I preordered an item which was supposed to be sent out January 9th of 2019. I recieved no conformation email which I thought was weird but let go because it was a preorder item. Well January came and went so I emailed the company, by now I have emailed three times, tried the "contact us" button on the website twice and the "live chat" twice. All of which I reieved no answer from. They took the money from my account but never sent me my item and are now ignoring my emails.

My wife and I ordered a phone case from this company on 12/15/18 and I/we tried several times to get ahold of someone to let them know that our address had changed. We received no response and then a delivery confirmation was sent, however when they tried to deliver it (to the old address), the label did not did not include an apartment number and the post office returned it to the shipping facility. They also charged us a returned mail fee. I have tried several times by email, As there is no phone number to call, and with no luck, have received no response.

I ordered a product on January 8th. It said it would take 7-14 for delivery. I waited and waited. I contacted them on February 1st. They said there was an issue with the packaging and was held up at USPS and was resolved and I should be receiving my order soon. I still have not received anything or heard anything from the company and the tracking number doesn't work.

Ordered cell phone case Jan 16. Told via email, orders ship within 24 hours and received within 12 to 14 business days. Told email with shipment tracking would be. Sent. It is now Jan 30th, and no information. I went to pay pal and started a claim for refund. They wont review until Jan 31
..and they are also next to useless, taking 3 hrs on phone to talk to them.

It appears this company may actually be a shell for a china company. Who is looking I to them as I sm seeing complaints starting to show up.

I recieved a wrong case I ordered a galaxy s9 case in black and also in red at different times , the first one came in so plus black, I contacted customer service and got nothing for numerous days.. sent 2 more asking them to send me the red s9 case n also to exchange the wrong case. Then I sent another email saying not dealing with customer service is very bad for buisness and explained the situation, then I recieved one reply back saying I'll get a tracking number shortly, nothing about them fixing my issues or replacing the one that was wrong. and today I get an email saying another black s9 plus is 9n the way so 2 black s9 plus cases when they were supposed to b a black s9 case n a red s9 case.... they messaged me back once for a company to have poor customer service is very bad for buisness, there is a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days, and satisfaction guarantee it's well before 30 days and I'm not the slightest bit satisfied with what I've got

I ordered a $25.00 cell phone case on January 1st. Of course they took my money but I have yet to receive a cell phone case. I have emailed them approximately 6 times as they stated as soon as my order shipped I would receive a tracking number and I never did!! I can't seem to get a response via email or phone call from this company regarding where my cell phone case is. It's very nerve wracking as I do not usually order from weird or 3rd party sellers. I have sent some nasty emails demanding a return call (which I am not normally like) but I'm super worried that they took my money immediately but will not return a message regarding my concerns. I would recommend NEVER ordering from this company and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute for a full refund!!! HORRIBLE/NO customer service!!!!

I placed an order with them online for a Samsung Galaxy S9+ Case and I received a confirmation email and a few promotional emails immediately. It had been a week and my order status had not updated so I sent them an email requesting and update and they did not respond.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks without any luck. I haven't heard a word from them and now I am genuinely frustrated.

I ordered a cell phone case through their Facebook ad. Upon checking out with pay pal, it processed the wrong address. I have been trying for 24 hours to get a hold of the company, but no one will respond back.

I would say this is a delivery issue and a customer service issue. I placed an order *** on 12/5 for a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phone case. They sent me a confirmation email that day stating they would email when it is shipped, and then a second email with a coupon trying to get me to buy more. I waitied for the email stating it would be shipped but it is still showing it has not been shipped. I emailed all the emails that were provided for contact and tried the live chat but I have not been able to make contact. I emailed them on12/20, twice on 12/21, and then again on 12/23; each of these times I request a refund and on 12/23 I told them I would contact the Revdex.com if not resolved

I placed an order November 21, 2018. my card has been charged, I have written several e-mails to orb mobile, and never get a response back, they just keep sending me coupons. there is no phone number to reach them at. I just want my money back, I thnk this is a scam.

I purchased two iPhone 8plus protective cases through this on line site. When the products arrived they were not what I expected and initiated an immediate request for a refund. After several email conversations with *** Chief of Sales, I was instructed to send the items back to a address in Mansfield, Tx. The items were shipped via *** on or about August 16, 2018, delivery was August 20, 2018 @ 1057hrs, signed for by *** I was never supplied a contact number and have been unable to make contact by email since. Today I received the package I sent with the items I returned for refund, returned to me, 'RETURN TO SENDER UNABLE TO FORWARD.

On July 29th I placed an order with Orb Mobile for a phone case the item on the website showed in stock and available to ship. I made the payment using my credit card, I then received a confirmation with my order #18385 I was told I would get a notification when nit shipped. I have not been notified and I have sent several emails to the company asking for status of my order but no one has replied. I have searched social media asking about this company and have learned that other customers have never received their product or been offered a refund. I hope to have this resolved with a refund for the purchased its and this business should not be allowed to offer services online.

I received the product (mobile phone case); informed Orbmobile that the product wasn't as advertised and requested return instructions. Orbmobile provided return instructions, product was returned. Orbmobile indicated that refund would be issued in 5 days however, refund was never issued and the product was received and accepted on 12 May 2018.

I have yet to receive my refund...
