Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not agree with the response of ADTI was never informed of a "day right of rescission"I have requested a copy of my contract times now and still have not recieved itI was unaware of the charge until I recieved my first bill, thats when I made the first callI was NEVER informed of additional charges for equipment services, I did in fact ask the ADT rep in my home what if any additional charges there would be if I added equipmentI asked the same question with the intital call to get information from the flyer I recieved in the mailBoth times I was told I i go over the credited amount for basic equipment, I would have to pay the difference, with I did, over $I reiterated to the guy from ADT in my home, that there would be no additional charges for added equipment? He said, just like the original call I made, that I have to pay for the equipment!! I had to leave the house to show properties and left him there to install the equipmentWhen I returned the installation was terribleI have left it all untouched for evidenceWires hanging all the way down the gargage and rubbing the rear door every time I openHe left a folder with some basic information and some $referal cardsI recieved no stickers, signs or a contractI was also told I would have access through my cell phone through the "pulse" optionMy log in and password have never worked and I called him directly and he said I would recieve an email to resentNever heard from him againI have no idea if the camera is even working months laterI never recieved the $gift card, and I like ADTs statement that they resent itThey never sent it to start with, I checkedThat was after the intial months as wellI only recieved on call and message from ADT on my cell phone recordsI have tried to call repeatedly and I am placed on indefinite holds or simply disconnectedHas happened on several occasionsLongest hold time was minutesI did schedule a person to come and look at equipment installation and a gentleman called me after I took off work to meet him and said he couldnt make it and I would have to rescheduleI do not have a land line phone in my house, only an internet connection, the installer said that was no problem and put in a wireless keypad I feel I have been misinformed from the very start as far as contract price, did not recieve what I was told I was getting, recieved terrible sub-standard installation and customer satisfaction is horribleThey are very rude and only care about getting their moneyI wish them to honor what I was told I was getting or simply let me out of this terrible contract with an unreliable and untruthful company Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have not failed to schedule an appointment because, as previously stated, I called to do just that however, the representative told me someone would contact me within hours with a date and time of service, which never happenedI have since then called multiple times up until December of I believe it is fair to say it is excessive for a customer to call for months without a call back and negligent on the company’s behalfNot only have I waited for a call back for service, but it has also been months since I have been waiting for the cancellation department to call me backAs for the ‘Mover’s clause’, when I first called ADT for the September installation, I was a first time buyer inquiring information, as the company advertises on television along with the company’s telephone number, and did not have any kind of contract in front of meWhen the representative told me there was no charge for moving, I thought there was no use in waitingA customer should be able to trust the word of a representative of a large company, especially those who advertise to call the company for information on services, and not provide information to lure a customerOnce again, had I not been given information, I would have never purchased services until I moved into my new homeAlong with the ‘Mover’s clause’, the contract also states I would receive 24/monitoring, which I did not receive because of the inability to arm the system due to the faulty sensors and the company’s lack of customer service and call back to resolve the issueAs previously stated, I was promised (3) $visa gift cards For the first installation that was done in September (which was promotional) For the second installation (which was promotional) For the inconvenience ADT has caused me throughout this ordealI have not received the visa gift card for the second installation as well as the compensation gift card promised due to issues that the company was aware of with their serviceEven in the area of providing compensatory services, the company falls negligent and therefor, I do not trust in ADT’s ability or desire to resolve matters effectively and conscientiouslyAs previously stated, I respectfully request to cancel services and removal of security equipment from my home, as well as be clear of any debts due to the company for reasons mentioned.kyr Regards, [redacted]
