To whom it concerns: I want to start off by apologizing for how this person feels and you don't deserve this at all Our company will of course give you the full refund We wish you all the luck in the future and if there is anything that we can ever do for you in the future then that is what we would love to do!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I went to the store on Saturday one of my guns didn't work not fitted right the other one mag parts missing and didn't lock mags in right hard to put in gun looks like needs fitting and cleaning and one more gun the third one a part I payed for is now missing the lost it and now they say that the cant no longer cericaot the parts the could before I wrote you the bbb and all three guns were to be done and shot to make sure all was right with them and owers were three and would not talk to me or answer the phone for me I would like at this time all my money back so I can take my guns to a gun smith to be fix right and buy my 6000.00 gun from someone else since they cant do it or want I thought this may happen they seem to do this when people call the bbb ect. Dear Revdex.com and Defensor Tactical:I called Defensor Tactical this morning to follow up on my orderDefensor Tactical stated in their reply, they did contact me today and stated they were able to secure an MCX BLK 11in pistol today without a conversion kit and they do not yet have an answer regarding the MCX 16in carbineI was told that the pistol will shop out tomorrow and should be in my hands within weeks They confirmed that they still have my FFL on file I appreciate the prompt response, but the issue is not yet resolvedFirst, the BLK barrel is available only in 9in and 16in, while the is available in 11.5in and 16in I don't care whether I get the in 11.5in or the BLK in 9in, but given that it is not coming with the 16in conversion kit, I expect a refund in the amount of $as I requestedI also expect a tracking number sent to me by 4/11/17; note that MrFields has given me a tracking number without actually shipping the item in the past, so I expect honesty with regard to this this timeIn addition, I am still owed the MCX 16in carbine, which is readily available on GunBroker.com, so I expect it shipped or $refunded in addition to the $noted above within the weekI intend to keep this complaint open until all terms are met and I thank Defensor Tactical for reaching out to me today

We appreciate the chance to clear this up with the customer and ensure that he gets the items that were promised to him We will continue to make sure that this customer is taken care of in a timely manner

The customer bought the item online but lives locallyWe were under the impression the customer bought the item in the shopWe couldn't locate his order. Somehow, through a gliche in the system, this customer went through the internet sales and was allowed to do order a suppressor without paying sales taxesAt the time, the store was running and this customer made the purchase of the suppressor and wasn't charged for accessories i.e(piston/end cap)The cerakote was completed before his form was approved, the customer picked up the suppressor with the cerakote coating on his suppressorTherefore, the claim is on the coatingWe have had a piston ready for him to pickup, when we call the customer, the customer doesn't pick up the phoneWe are more than willing to supply him with an end capWe hope we can resolve this issue with the customer

I am rejecting this response because: Hi, The coating was NOT complete prior to form approval, attached email as proof. Also proof it well beyond the 'couple days' when I went it the first time to pick it up.Also, still no time line for the cap...as you can see from the emails, it has been any day for some time now
The piston is supposedly ready for pick up, however they have not answered their phone (par for the course) or posted if they are open or closed with the area flooding.I will be it to get the piston, however still want a timeline for the cap.I disagree with the package deal, I have a screen shot from the time of purchase and the suppressor was $684, the additional delta was the coating, end cap, tax, etc.I would like a time line defined for the end cap

Customer bought a American Classic brand newCustomer wanted Cerakote coating done to the firearm, which the customer signed a receipt stating all firearms are non-refundable and there's a sign posted in the shop in view of the customer
that states this as wellDefensor coated the firearm to customers specificationsThe customer signed an agreement with our Cerakote sheet stating all Cerakote work is non-refundable and has a warrantyWhen customer came back in for another item, we noticed the customer's paint was chippingWe told the customer we would redo the coatingCustomer wanted a trigger installed into the firearm which wasn't from the manufacturerCustomer was told the redo and trigger job may take a few weeks to completeWe completed the project however informed the customer he needed other parts to allow the full functioning of the pistolOur staff explained the situation to the customer, however customer demanded a full refund after our staff spend many hours working on the customer's gunWe have offered the customer the part that he needs at no cost and to do the work for freeHowever, customer stated he wanted to take it elsewhere, at this time due to the fact the customer has shot the firearm many times and the firearm has been modified to their specifications, we can't issue the customer a refund

Good Morning, I want to start out by saying we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you.  We did indeed refund you IN FULL with a Company Check because as stated, we cant refund you on that credit card without you being here in the store because of security reasons.  Our...

company never ever screens our phone calls and im sorry you feel that way.  I also have records of the receipts getting emailed to you numerous times and records of the full refund that was mailed out promptly two weeks ago.  Our goal is to make every customer a priority and you were of course one of my priorities and I apologize that you feel that this is what happened to you.  If anymore information is needed or that can be helpful then I can provide that to close this.  Good Luck in the future Sir!!!

To Whom it Concerns:  Our company did indeed get in touch with our bank on two different occasions in regards to this matter.  Our bank did authorize the payment for the customer which we had stated that, the customer was informed that this was the case and that his bank is the one that is holding his money.  We will continue to work this out with the customer to ensure that he gets the money from his bank, but our bank approved this last week and we're not quite sure why his bank is holding the money from him, but our company did indeed give him the money that was promised.  Thank You
