Good Afternoon, as of today April 10th 2017, we have spoken to this gentleman numerous times about his refund.  The check that was given to this customer on 4/6/17 was indeed a valid check with the correct funds available in the account.  Joel the owner and the customer was on the phone...

with the bank TOGETHER at 10:30am and got clarification from a Bank Representative that the check cleared and the funds were NEVER insufficient.  Our company is doing everything we can to help the customer, but until the customer figures everything out with his bank then can't just give him cash. If there is anything that we can do to help this customer then we're more than willing to, we're not holding his money at all, we have to go through the proper steps to get him a full refund.  Thank You

We have indeed made contact with this gentleman twice this week in regards to the work that is due to be done within the next couple days, we have already completed a lot of his the work on numerous items.  Our plan is to keep in contact with him and give updates whenever he would like them.  If there is anything that we can do for our customer then we will certainly do that immediately and we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.  Thank You So Much!!

the shop everyday for 4 days to finally reach a resolution. I was repeated lied to regarding why my purchased item was not shipped and given multiple excuses. I waited for a month and wasted my time and effort trying to figure out what was going on. In the end I don't have the product I purchased but recieved a refund. For future perspective customers please be aware of this company's poor management and customer support. This is shown in the multiple complaints listed on this site along with their facebook page.

I am rejecting this response because: While a refund was necessary, the constant lies and misdirection from both Heather and Joel is unacceptable. For the statement to be put out there that this is not how they run their business is just wrong. That is exactly how they appear to many, myself included, to operate. They avoid, lie, continue to lead the customer on until folks either get fed up with getting no where typically and just going to a credit card company to dispute the order or whatever. It appears that only when you continually push, and get others involved like Revdex.com, the Attorney Generals office, ATF or even social media, they do not respond. Then when others are brought in as consumer advocates as they should, the customers are told they are ruining Defensor's business, or discussions of intimidation attempts where all caps remarks on texts saying DO NOT EVER THREATEN ME AGAIN!  statements are made by both of the above mentioned. All for letting them know how consumers are supposed to handle this kind of horrible business behavior and especially after those same agencies have recommended you to take that path after knowing of many similar complaints.Again, while a refund was required, and a slight apology was given, the reality is that I was lied to, and lost 16 months of constant arguing and having to track down against every statement made by this shop to find if it was true or not. Generally it was not. Now the expected wait time on my product has slipped with ATF verification times so what was typically a 5 month wait when I purchased this product will now end up being a 16 month plus another expected 13 months. so 29 months total wait time for a product to help me out because of their negligence and refusal to work with me or even own up to the fact on what they did. Even with this refund, I was told directly on the last portion the $331 that this check was written on 2/3/17 and would be mailed that day. Until I got Revdex.com involved, it was just one lie after another much like the multi-week/month wait going through the same garbage with the first part. Even after Revdex.com got involved it was still almost 3 weeks to get the refund. It shouldn't be this hard for a business to act like a business and not try to take advantage of customers after the sale and they got their money.I reiterate, do not use this business.

I am rejecting this response because:I went to the store on Saturday one of my guns didn't work not fitted right the other one mag parts missing and didn't lock mags in right hard to put in gun looks like needs fitting and cleaning and one more gun the third one a part I payed for is now missing  the lost it and now they say that the cant no longer cericaot the parts the could before I wrote you the Revdex.com and all three guns were to be done and shot to make sure all was right with them and owers were three and would not talk to me or answer the phone for me I would like at this time all my money back so I can take my guns to a gun smith to be fix right and buy my 6000.00 gun from someone else since they cant do it or want I thought this may happen they seem to do this when people call the Revdex.com ect. I gave them a little over a weak to fix some of it cant even get one back done right and now may parts go missing ?
