Delmarva Buildings

My first time using Delmarva Pole Buildings, Inc. and could not be more pleased. The building consultant, Karen made the process easy and smooth with quick responses. Would highly recommend this company and will continue to use DPB in the future.

This is my second time doing business with Delmarva pole building. The first was over 10 years ago and we were very pleased especially with our sales representative Karen. She was all we could have hoped for a true professional. We rolled the dice and as luck would have it we asked for her and she was still there. This time around is no different than the first time smooth, comprehensive and a pleasure to work with. She understands what we wanted and made fabulous recommendations. We have and will continue to recommend her to all of our friends, family As well as the crazy amount of people who ask “who did your buildings”.

We have been working with Karen and so far she has been great with answering all our questions and taking care of the details to get our pole building on the schedule. Looking forward to the building getting started and hopefully we will not have any problems like I have read on here. We would recommend Karen to contact if you need a pole building.

My Fiance and I are currently working with Karen Evins at Demarva Pole Buildings for our build in Queenstown, MD. Karen has been fantastic to work with, very patient, and accommodating with our thoughts, ideas, and changes. I will certainly update my review once the build is complete! My experience working with Michelle Sartin at Delmarva Pole Buildings, Inc. was great. She should be commended for taking customer service to the highest level possible. She not only clearly understands the metal pole building business, but also goes out of her way to help the customer make the right decisions. I also want to commend Delmarva Pole Buildings, Inc. for their selection of buildings, materials, colors, etc.; they really do have something for everyone's needs. This along with Michelle's expertise helped me realize that building a metal pole garage was better than building a conventional stick built garage.

Our experience with Delmarva Pole and Buddy has been excellent to this point. We met with him on site after corresponding with him over the internet. He was very professional and assisted us in making decisions regarding our pole building. He was also informative about the process now that we have signed our contract. This was the worst experience ever!!! Bad business, Some of the workers where very unprofessional. Big communication Problems from the guys doing the work and the workers handling the paper work. Over ordered material and when I asked about the extra material I was told that’s Delmarva material. But when my siding was the wrong color I was told it was my problem. Would not recommend going here.

Smooth process, very detailed. Looking forward to getting our building!

We reached out to several companies prior to connecting with Delmarva Pole Buildings. We were in search of a company that could construct our garage with quality materials and workmanship. Within the 1st interaction with Delmarva their professionalism and ability to be honest and provide realistic timelines and detailed build process set them apart. They weren't trying to oversell by committing to a delivery date they couldn't achieve. They explained the entire process in detail and answered every question at every turn in a timely manner. Stephan was absolutely wonderful through the sales process. I would highly recommend Delmarva to any who are looking for quality buildings with a professional staff. We are very excited to complete our build!

From first contact to signed contract the sales process has been a great experience. The sales rep (Harvey) took the time to meet at my home to go over all of the options and planning associated with the construction. Looking forward to next steps.

Very professional, quickly responded to questions asked even the nice lady that was helping me with my project answered after were already closed. Would definitely recommend. Took care of changes very quickly. Excited to have project completed.

Harvey Miller has been an excellent sales representative. He has made it relatively easy. But we have just started with the paper work. We'll know more after we start construction. So far he and Delmarva Pole Bldgs. have been great.

Well to start when I first made the phone call to start the process of obtaining information on ordering a building I was greeted with a wonderful receptionist that put me through to a wonderful man named Harvey Miller. Never looked back! Mr. Miller talked me through the entire process, listened as I asked , answered all my questions and always called me back when I had stupid questions or forgot some things he already told me. A+ service! Have not started building yet, but I have all the confidence in Mr. Miller that it will turn out picture perfect! I know we choose the perfect company!

We recently purchased a 16x20x10 pole building. We are completely satisfied with the whole process. Because I am in Maryland and my husband is in Pennsylvania, we were able to do the process from design and purchasing either over the phone or by email. Thanks so much for such an easy process it made our lives much simpler!

Very polite customer service, timely and full of Information! I recieved more I fo then I could even handle and they took time to explain each detail. We went over exactly what I wanted and they worked it into their plan. I cant wait to see what this new building comes out like. Very excited to work with this company!
