Thanks for providing more details, the account that was paid was a C[redacted] account# [redacted] for [redacted]. Attached is a print screen of the account information and the payment transaction. Sorry for the confusion we were looking for an account for Barbara Ennis, that American Express account has been sold to [redacted] LLC

does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not sure exactly what they mean by recalled, but I did not receive any calls from a manager.  However, I did receive another call with a threat about coming to my workplace.  It is unacceptable that they can call and issue threats and pretend to have authority to arrest you or have your drivers license suspended.  This is harassment.

THe account has been recalled from the agency it was placed with and the customer will be sent a letter as stated in their desired settlement.

The account has been recalled from the agency it was placed with and Delray has closed the account. Delray has also ordered any and all documentaion regarding the account from the original issuer and will provide this to the consumer upon receipt.

Delray Capital did not own the account in May 2015.  Delray purchased the account in October of 2015. Delray does not make outbound collection calls and does not employ a Janet C[redacted]. Delray outsourced the account for collections to Dynamic Recovery Solutions in Feb. 2016 and recalled the...
