Delray Capital did not contact the customer, the account was outsourced ti a third party agency. Delary has recalled and closed the account Sullivan Asset Management, LLC
We have received and review the complaint [redacted] filed with your agency. We would like the address the allegations made by [redacted] by stating that our company is merely a distressed consumer debt purchasing entity. We do not initiate contact to those consumers whose...
accounts we acquire. After acquiring packages of distressed/default consumer debt, our company then places this debt with collection agencies throughout the United States so they may pursue collection of same. The agencies with which we contract with to collection our debt are required to undertake collection actions in the fullest compliance of all laws governing same. At present, the collection agency that is working the account for Delray has collected $250.00 and there is a balance due of $120.56.
