This place is a HUGE Scam! Do not buy from themEverything that is stated below......IS true! Stay away!

On Sep I ordered a Nikon Pfrom Deltacloseout and received an ordered number by email I was given a number to call to verify my order When I called the next day I got a recording that the buisiness was closed until Oct When I called today (Oct 7) I was told that I hadn't ordered a battery for the camera The users manual obtained from the Nikon's website said a battery and charger were included The saleman, Jerry, got very rude I told him I expected all the acc that were stated in the user manual He then said "Here's what I'm going to do for you, I'm not sending you anything." That was music to my ears since my CC had not been charged Buyers beware of their lowball pricing only to be told everything isn't included

Had the same experience as everyone else unfortunately didn't do the research to determine that this company was scamming people with Low advertise prices and then having to call to confirm [redacted] and got the same battery story and charger a $advertised camera ended up costing $To top it off they sent the wrong color I'm just glad I actually got a Camera as it sounds like after reading all of the reviews I could've ended up with nothing for my daughter for Christmas

Added charges without informing me

Found a camera on Amazon thru Delta Closeouts for the right price and made the order with my bank card This was obviously to be a Christmas present Several days later, I receive an email with my order number and request to call Jerry who was handling my order, which I immediately did He claimed to not have received the digit security code on my card, which I gave him He then preceded to tell me that I did not purchase the battery pack with the camera and he could save me money by selling me one After three refusals the conversation got a bit heated, with Jerry informing me that the camera warranty will be voided if I use the regular batteries, (which is how Nikon designed it to operate in the first place, a selling point for me.) I told him no, just to send me the camera, and he ended his part of the conversation by telling me that it would cost me dollars somewhere else Having a funny feeling over the weekend, I called back the following week, and spoke with someone else (I think), requesting a tracking number I was told that the camera was on back order, and wouldn't arrive until January 16th, and I would get it days after that No one had communicated this to me, or even suggested that it would be lateSo I bought it at the local Best Buy Called today to cancel my order When asked for a conformation number for the cancellation, he said they didn't do that, and I would have to take his word on it I did get his name however, it was Bruce B [redacted] , at least that was the claim I will be informing my Bank, not to accept any payment requests from these people BUYER BEWARE

This company's customer service is virtually non-existent If you value your time and money, purchase your camera somewhere else These people are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

Thank you all for your reviews and alert I am not a customer yet and I haven't placed an order but called them to ask a few questions Even the service of pre-order is terrible The guy never gave an answer longer than words Finally he told me "out of stock" and hang up on me I am just glad it's out of stock

Similar experience to other reviewsSeen a Nikon at *** for $Searched online and found same special pricing at***While viewing*** information an ad appeared from Delta Closeouts for the same product offering at $Clicked through and ordered from DeltaReceived an order number and notice that email confirmation and tracking was sent to my emailNever received email so I called DeltaDelta rep gave me the same story that I forgot to order the batteryI knew this camera operated with AA batteriesI told them I didn't need a battery from them and rep said fine if you want the batteries to leak and damage the camera it's your choiceEnough for me to contact my bank and report a possible fraud charge to my card

Luckily I read the reviews before the day ended, I bought the g7x thinking everything went out great for such a low price, but then hours later I felt weird because they didnt send me a confirmation email so I checked the reviews on the website and sure enough, called delta closeouts, he said he would get it taken care of and send the confirmation email, then he told me that I forgot the battery for the camera, wowI don't think anywhere in the description did it say the battery was not included, so he wants to charge me $extra for a hour battery, luckily I cancelled the order quickly before I was charged, otherwise I would have to wait a month for chargeback case to be resolved

Ordered a Nikon Sfor Christmas, but like all other reviews, found out after the purchase that the Camera was refurbished and no batteries and charger was included I told them the same day as the purchase that I want to cancel the order They replied "your order's been cancelled" and promptly hung up weeks later I receive the camera and my account was charged for the purchase unauthorized I send the camera back after they offered a full refund The process required phone calls and month after them receiving the camera to refund the amount I still was never refunded the shipping cost of $as I was promised Horrible customer service and product descriptions

I ordered a Nikon Dand have been expecting it for my vacation only to find out that it's on back order and is due to come in a month from nowI was told that it would be in by today and guess what? No camera! "***", who was "handling my order" didn't bother to inform me that it was delayed a monthNow I have no camera for my vacationIt would have been different if they at least attempted to contact me, but that just shows the type of company Delta Closeouts really is

I had the same experience as some of the other reviews on here. I found this website to have the cheapest cost vs all the other sites out there, so I placed the order. They emailed me not long after placing the order online and asked for the 3 digit code on the back. He then stated that the camera did not come with a battery for 2 years. Every other site shows it does, but I figured it wasn't too much more, because it would still be cheaper than other sites. An hour later I looked at my bank statement and see a charge for nearly $100 more than what I thought I was originally going to be paying, and even $50 more than I thought i'd pay after learning about the need to purchase a battery. I decided to just keep the order. A week later got my camera. Not in original box, no instructions, so I'm not sure if it's new or refurbished. But the battery and charger are the originals that would have been in the box anyway. I'd stay away from these guys.

I have the same story as everyone else. They claimed the battery and charger were not included. Every new camera comes with a battery and charger. They are scam artists. I am disputing the charge and writing a letter to the attorney generals office. WARNING.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Had the same experience as everyone else unfortunately didn't do the research to determine that this company was scamming people with Low advertise prices and then having to call to confirm [redacted] and got the same battery story and charger a $584 advertised camera ended up costing $744. To top it off they sent the wrong color I'm just glad I actually got a Camera as it sounds like after reading all of the reviews I could've ended up with nothing for my daughter for Christmas.

This company's customer service is virtually non-existent.

On Sep 24 2015 I ordered a Nikon P530 from Deltacloseout and received an ordered number by email. I was given a number to call to verify my order. Deltacloseout.com. Is not an authorized dealer for any Nikon cameras. They sold us a camera they said was new and it wasn't it was refurbished. Then sold us a battery and charger that should have come with the camera. This place is a fraud they lie and cheat you. Beware

I had the exact experience that [redacted] did. I ordered a camera, received several emails stating I needed to call the company back. When I did, the sales person told me I had entered the incorrect crv & he needed it to process the order. I gave it to him. He said it went through & that I will be receiving an email confirmation and tracking later that day. He then tried to sell me a battery for the camera. It has been almost a week and I have made several phone calls trying to get information on my tracking number. When I call all I get from the representatives is that I should be receiving a tracking number and now with the holiday, they have over 5000 packages that need to go out, so it may take a while. I asked if the camera was in shipping could I pay more to expedite it and the rep said, no there is nothing more he could do. I immediately called my bank, reported potential fraud and am going to a reputable retailer to make my purchase. Don't be fooled by these people.

After months of research, I finally settled on a digital camera that I wanted and Delta Closeouts had the best price I could find. I placed my order with them on a Sunday. I got an email from one of their employees, asking me to call them regarding my order. I call them and they needed my 3 digits code from my credit card, so I gave it to them. He said that I didn't select a batter with my camera when I placed the order, and gave me options for which battery I wanted. I thought this was odd because every other place I looked for this camera, the battery and charger were included. But it was still a good deal, so I told him to add the battery. An hour later, I checked my bank account and the authorization was much higher than the cost of the camera, and the price I was quoted for the battery. So I called customer service and spoke to the same person again. When I told them what I saw, he said the additional charge was for the battery charger. I said that I didn't recall him saying anyth
