I purchased a delta flynn model faucetDuring the install process I realized that the quality of consumer faucets is poor - almost any part like simple lock nuts that they can replace with plastic, they have! One side would not tighten! So I called customer service- that was an even bigger shockThe first rep I called promised to send me a metal washer and screws setBut this never shippedThe second time I called and requested a replacement part with expedited shipping, they refusedWhen I asked to be transferred to the manager, they hung up on me Thanks to Delta, a simple faucet change turned to a situation where one of my bathrooms was out of service for weeks Will never buy delta againStay away

New Delta Faucet #11926-DST $it leakedThey sent a new cartridge it leaked, they sent another cartridge & bonnet hut, it leaked, they sent a new faucet, it leaked, they wanted to send another cartridge, I said no I want my money back, I now had more money in labor than I paid for the faucetEverytime work was done lines were flushed

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Delta! I called about a replacement part, she explained that it had been discontinued, gave me options about comparable replacements and sent it to me and I got it in 2 days! Very pleasant to work with and wish I’d have gotten her name. Our new shower head is beautiful, better than the white one we had before! Thanks Delta! Your Cuatomer Service rocks!

Issues with replacement our Delta Kitchen faucet. Case # 4132037For the first time since I was a child, they did not believe my word as a customer, even though I am 58 years old, when I was trying to get am replacement for my faulty design faucet. It was a 4 year old faucet, that started to look like a 15 years old faucet.They even ask for pics and when I send them, they say that it look more like neglect. Yo think that we are going to neglect an expensive faucet? Could it had been defect on workmanship? ? I guess they rather not admit to it. What ever happened to this trusted company and the lifetime warranty? They send me admit check for just what I pay for it instead of the regular price for this year. Since they gave me a hard time to do anything, I finally decided to get me another one, but more modern and another brand, that cost us $369. Never again would buy Delta, because they were cheap on their resolution and my treatment ad a senior and a retired Veteran. Two delta faucets have failed and no word from delta!Our house was built by the contractor using the delta faucets. We are now having two that have failed. One is a shower head and needs replaced and the other is a kitchen sink faucet. I contacted customer service and was told that once I find themselves number to get back to them and they would send me replacemts ASAP. I have contacted Delta by email over the past week and have gotten no response and would like a response. Delta providing plastic instead of brass compression fittings with kitchen faucets costing $240.00. Saving a few cents caused $30,000 in damage.11 months ago, new kitchen faucet installed. 3-5-2014 my wife left for work at 8:10am, I came home at 10am to a waterfall in our RecRoom and office downstairs. Ruined kitchen cork floor and hardwood floors in dining room and living room upstairs. Lucky I came home when I did. Found the compression fitting at the shut-off valve had blown apart. I should have got a brass compression fitting, but, I figured with the new plastics it must be OK. When you pay that much for a faucet you would think they would provide the best fittings with the unit. Should have gone with my gut and threw the plastic in the trash. After talking to some union plumbers, they said that they NEVER use the provided plastic fittings. What makes us sick is that we just finished a complete interior remodel in 2010!!!!Desired SettlementI think the LEAST they can do is refund the purchase price. BUT, the faucet is fine, it is the cheap plastic compression fitting that is included with the installation kit that failed. I am not going to remove a perfectly good faucet and send it to them when the problem has already been fixed. Brass fitting was installed and everything is fine now, with the faucet that is, our house is still a disaster. We lost our new floor in the kitchen, the hardwood floors in the dining room and living room cannot be repaired till June(need to dry-out. The recroom downstairs is down to the studs, drywall starts being installed April 1st. Just the carpenter bill is $9,900.00, not counting the furniture and numerous other items!!!
