I accepted a quote from Delta Glass on Sept 27 /19 to install 13 windows at ***. Another window was included on Nov. 05/19 . A $1,000 deposit was made to Delta Glass on Sept.27 2019 another deposit (for the second window) of $70 on Nov.5 2019 a total deposit of $1070. After 9+ conversations with Delta Glass I still do not have my windows installed nor a timeline as to when , a comment of " BEFORE CHRISTMAS" on my last conversation Nov. 27/19
Initially we had gone out and measured windows and while on site I had mentioned to Don whether or not he wanted MUNTIN bars in his windows. He had decided to eliminate all the bars on his order. We had got this into production but Don called in another quotation request for a window. We had sent an estimator out to measure it .. and when the estimator returned (BRAD) he mentioned the order to production and said add this on. When he saw the order, he stated some windows were missing MUNTIN BAR. We sent a third estimator out to measure the windows who finally got the right windows with the right make up. This order is in production, and has been looked after our scheduling department. They are waiting on the complete order to come in. We will complete this installation, we just cannot give a time until our supplier (manufacturing facility) gives us a time.
