I want to share my experience with Walter from American Vintage Home He was superb in his investigation of the problem I was experiencing He took his time and was unbelievably patient with my many questionsHe took his time to explain and made sure I understoodHe even went beyond the scope of his visit to look at another issue I was experiencing You’re a lucky consumer if he is on your case
I had a kitchen sink blockage that I could not clear with my foot hand auger I called on Friday afternoon and had a service scheduled on Monday Lester was the tech and did a fine job The clog needed a pros hand and he got things back and movingLester was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable
Although the time of the service call was late, the service provided was thorough and careful I was informed of the price and the options available to me and the work done was done well
I have used American Vintage for several years now, and have found them to provide consistently superior service The office staff is polite and I always feel they are trying to work with me to get the service I need as soon as possible (lately I've dealt with Anna) The technicians (this time it was Ronnie) are personable, and take the time to explain the problem and the possible resolutions in a way I can understand With some HVAC companies, it seems as if every visit/service call requires spending money to rectify a problem or prevent one These guys often say 'everything looks good' at the end of a maintenance visit and I'm out no more money
Ronnie was on time and fully advised us on how our heating system works in our new condo They are a great company and we will be using them in to put in space paks Bill
Tony is an amazing person and a superb technician! First of all, he explained what was wrong with the parts to be replaced and what he was going to replace them with He explained the entire process He kept running up and down two flights of stairs to check and recheck to make sure that everything was working perfectly I could see that he took pride in his work and would leave nothing to chanceMy boiler is working perfectly and there is not a bit of the noise I had experienced Thank you, Tony! I look forward to seeing you next year for my annual check-up

We needed a major boiler part replacement and Dom was so helpful in providing that installation on short noticeHe was professional and informativeWe definitely recommend him and American Vintage
This is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone I should have stopped giving them chances a long time ago They continue to send different technicians and each makes it seem like everything will be ok until it just isn't They can't even manage their own technicians Customer service does not exist unless repetitive apologies count instead of action They miss appointments, don't return calls, and truly haven't fixed everything they've charged me for I am upset that they wouldn't cancel my maintenance over the phone They said I had to write an email Very inconvenient Will be happy when I'm an ex-customer Couldn't even get management to call me back to discuss Plenty of other same services out there - they lost my business due to their inability to fix my issues and their lack of response or concern
Our maintenance contract was terminated on February 27thIn addition to it being terminated by email, when they contacted us I told them that it had been terminatedHowever, we have been billed in both March and April
American Vintage is a very responsive company and Brian S is as good as they come in the plumbing department Brian S was able to detect a leak from our bath tube/shower that no one else was able to findAlso, he did a super job with a garbage disposal that had broken glass impacting it's ability to operate I highly recommend American Vintage Home and Brian S!!!
