Walter came by right on schedule to perform the annual inspection of our air conditioning unit, a [redacted] (which was installed some years ago by American Vintage)He carried out the work thoroughly and efficientlyHe answered my questions about the unit, changed the filter, and checked our secondary room cooling unitBeyond that, he even answered my questions about our [redacted] boiler and set up an appointment for an estimate on a new furnace, should our old one need to be replaced or if it would be cost effective to get a new model this year or next

I previously issued a complaint against this company, as their billing practice was not professional BUT I received a return call from the billing department, and after a long conversation, we resolved all my issues, and the gentleman promised to make corrections to all of the billing procedures, and he waived the bill that I (never) received, and reinstated my maintenance contract to my satisfaction It was a very satisfactory resolution to a problem
this is my second time calling american vintage home for my air-conditioning. first was last year 2015 and now 2016. they understand the urgency of a customers need. they will accommodate their customers schedule even after work hours.
