Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Deluxe auto asked me to bring it in so they can replace a part and they want me to pay out my own pocketYes I did receive two tires but the vehicle is also having transmission issues and it's leaking oil in several placesActive sway bar is broke the total cost to keep the [redacted] on the road is $12,000-$14,Before I went to purchase the vehicle I asked Danny is there any major issues he said no, I asked again when I arrived and he said they fixed everythingso when deluxe auto sold me the car AS IS I was under the assumption that it had no issuesI would of never purchase this car if I knew all these issues was gonna arise Regards, [redacted] ***

n August 2016, [redacted] and [redacted] jointly purchased a used automobileThree months later, [redacted] contacted Deluxe to request that she be removed from the loan/registration, as she had had a falling out with [redacted] Deluxe advised her that they could sell the vehicle, payoff the existing loan or refinance the existing loan with a new loan under [redacted] nameIn addition, [redacted] was advised that she could also contact the lender to determine whether it would agreed to remove her from the loan [redacted] advised that she was not interested in pursuing any of these potential remedies and insisted that Deluxe cancel the purchase, which it is not willing to do

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have the original advertisement as well as the phony KBB value that I was presented with at the time of the original vehicle purchase In addition, the sales manager repeatedly referred to this as a John Cooper Works edition Since I was coaxed into believing that this was, in fact, a JCW edition, I thought I was getting a good deal After a day or two of research, I found that I vastly overpaid the blue book value by at least $2,and wound up paying $24,for a vehicle with a sticker price of $15, I actually came back, seeking resolution with the sales manager approximately week after the purchase was completed When I first arrived at the dealership with the intention of a trade, I was told within the first minutes that we'd be able to make a deal with reasonable down payment and an approximate increase of monthly payments of ~20% After wasting more than hours at the dealership waiting on the finance manager, I was briskly and arrogantly dismissed He told me that the down payment would be over 200% of what was originally discussed hours prior On top of that, the monthly payments were an approximate 25% higher In summary, I overpaid for a falsely advertised vehicle AND wasted my entire afternoon at this dealership Insanely poor customer service Buyer beware Regards, [redacted]

The customer agreed to trade her vehicle for $38,and paid the negative equity (car had a loan balance of $41,840), Deluxe subsequently wholesaled the trade to a third party, who satisfied the loanDespite acknowledging that the loan had been satisfied, the customer now seeks to review the post-trade documents (because Deluxe did "not purchase my car")While it is true that Deluxe chose to sell her trade, the subsequent sale does not modify the original transaction terms nor does it afford the customer the right to review the subsequent sale documents

[redacted] sought to purchase a vehicle that required financing that exceeded the maximum loan offered by [redacted] ( [redacted] caps its loans at $35k)As such, [redacted] authorized Deluxe to seek alternate financingShe ultimately accepted financing from [redacted] ***, which agreed to provide the required financing at a lower rateUnfortunately, Deluxe Auto Sales, Incdoes not have the ability to compel the lender to submit a "letter of deletion", as requested by [redacted] ***

substitute the collateral on his loanUnfortunately, the bank would only agree to substitute the collateral if the replacement vehicle were the same model and year or newer, which Deluxe did not possessBased upon *** ***'s personal situation, he was no longer able to qualify for a new loan so he was unable to cancel the original deal and purchase a different vehicleAs such,*** *** was given the option of either canceling the deal, without penalty or waiting an additional two weeks to allow the auction to correct the clerical errors necessary to title the vehicle in the United States*** *** decided to keep the vehicle and wait the two additional weeks[There are no lines on the subject vehicle other than the lien associated with *** ***'s purchase loan]

Unfortunately, Deluxe cannot remove *** *** as an owner of the automobile unless she pursues one of the previously-detailed optionsThe lender will simply not release the title until its loan is satisfiedWithout the physical title, no changes in ownership can be made

I am rejecting this response because: We have already requested that the items be shipped. That we do not want to go back to dealership. The items were going to be shipped last week and were not. I had to call again on 1/5/and was returned a call today 1/6/by *** who informed me the owners manual is lost in transit. I requested that she ship the key and the hitch cover and reorder the manual. She said she was leaving but would ask the manager if he could mail the items and see if they would order a new manual. ALL we want are the items we were told we were going to get. The key, the hitch cover and the owners manual. And yes we would like them mailed which is what we have been asking for

Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. advised [redacted] that she would not receive a Used Car Warranty from Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. due to the modifications to the [redacted].
