post-trade documents (because Deluxe did "not purchase my car"). While it is true that Deluxe chose to sell her trade, the subsequent sale does not modify the original transaction terms nor does it afford the customer the right to review the subsequent sale documents .

I am rejecting this response because: I have the original advertisement as well as the phony KBB value that I was presented with at the time of the original vehicle purchase.  In addition, the sales manager repeatedly referred to this as a John Cooper Works edition.  Since I was coaxed into believing that this was, in fact, a JCW edition, I thought I was getting a good deal.  After a day or two of research, I found that I vastly overpaid the blue book value by at least $2,000 and wound up paying $24,000 for a vehicle with a sticker price of $15,000.  I actually came back, seeking resolution with the sales manager approximately 1 week after the purchase was completed.  When I first arrived at the dealership with the intention of a trade, I was told within the first 30 minutes that we'd be able to make a deal with reasonable down payment and an approximate increase of monthly payments of ~20%.  After wasting more than 4 hours at the dealership waiting on the finance manager, I was briskly and arrogantly dismissed.  He told me that the down payment would be over 200% of what was originally discussed 4 hours prior.  On top of that, the monthly payments were an approximate 25% higher.  In summary, I overpaid for a falsely advertised vehicle AND wasted my entire afternoon at this dealership.  Insanely poor customer service.  Buyer beware.

I recieved the plates after 2 weeks late and had to rent and borrow cars to get to work. Need to get compensation for this. Also, the daylight headlight is out. They are still not answering my call. If they can fix this, I'll let go of the rental car issue.  Complaint: [redacted]

the vehicle, post-purchase. Despite this, Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. agreed to repurchase the vehicle, notwithstanding the newly-discovered accident and without any deductions for same.

In an effort to assist the customer, Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. agreed to assist him with the warranty claim process. The customer had the vehicle towed to Deluxe on April 17th. warranty company's instructions in dismantling the engine in order for it to be inspected by its representative The engine has been disassembled and we are waiting for the warranty company to inspect the engine and authorize the requisite work/repairs. While we acknowledge his frustration, the reality is that Deluxe has been in possession of the vehicle for less than three weeks and is doing everything possible to expedite a resolution.

[redacted] called to complain about other issues. Deluxe asked [redacted] to bring the vehicle to Deluxe for inspection. [redacted] refused to do so. Although Deluxe is willing to inspect the vehicle and assist [redacted], it cannot do so until she returns the vehicle for inspection.

Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. advertised this particular vehicle as a "2012 Mini Cooper Hardtop S w/ John Cooper Works Pkg., Panoramic Roof!" Prior to signing any of the deal documents, [redacted] signed a copy of the vehicle's advertisement, acknowledging his receipt and review of the advertisement...

and the vehicle's configuration. Despite the foregoing, Deluxe did assist [redacted] investigate trading the Mini for another vehicle. Unfortunately, Deluxe was unable to secure the required financing without augmenting [redacted] monthly payment.

n August 2016, [redacted] and [redacted] jointly purchased a used automobile. Three months later, [redacted] contacted Deluxe to request that she be removed from the loan/registration, as she had had a falling out with [redacted] Deluxe advised her that they could sell the vehicle, payoff the...

existing loan or refinance the existing loan with a new loan under [redacted] name. In addition, [redacted] was advised that she could also contact the lender to determine whether it would agreed to remove her from the loan. [redacted] advised that she was not interested in pursuing any of these potential remedies and insisted that Deluxe cancel the purchase, which it is not willing to do.

[redacted] sought to purchase a vehicle that required financing that exceeded the maximum loan offered by [redacted] ([redacted] caps its loans at $35k). As such, [redacted] authorized Deluxe to seek alternate financing. She ultimately accepted financing from [redacted], which agreed to provide the...

required financing at a lower rate. Unfortunately, Deluxe Auto Sales, Inc. does not have the ability to compel the lender to submit a "letter of deletion", as requested by [redacted].
