I am very thankful for this shop, employees and the owner ! Not knowing the process I was scared to allow anyone to touch my Kia Soul after my accident because I just didn't know who would take care of me as a FEMALE handling things on my own, I was scared to be taken advantage of ! Deluxe not only took care of me as if I was family, they made me feel welcomed and walk me through every step of the process before bringing my car to themOnce my car was brought to their shop and the work began on it, they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and even supplied pictures to keep me at ease They are a ONE STOP Shop and make sure each and every concern is handled ! They also work very quickly within a few days short of two weeks my car was finished, it looks better than the day I bought it off the lot a year ago and EVERYTHING works how it did prior to the accident if not better ! They really take care of you,especially the employees they are knowledgeable enough to break things down so that you understand and are comfortable with what they are doing to your car ! There is not a question I could ask that each and every employee wasn't willing to answer ! This is a great TEAM of professionals ! I am definitely calling them about all car troubles

They offered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! We were rear ended a couple of days before Thanksgiving which was extremely overwhelming [redacted] took care of everything the day after the accidentHe had my car towed, picked me up and got me in a rental, handled all the contact with the insurance company and made sure that we got updates on the progress of our car repairsThe body shop crew did an amazing job on the repairs, everything looked as if it had never been damagedThank you so much for your hard work!

So after I had my accident, [redacted] text me saying that Deluxe would be able to take care of the deductible for my carI confirmed this with him over the phone as well before taking my car in to the shopI took my car in and after a few weeks my car was readyNow they say that they need $for the balance of the car when all along they said that they were going to be able to take care of itThey said that they called and talked to me and noted in the account that they confirmed that they would only be able to cover $of the deductible before my car was actually readyThey never called and talked to me about this issue until my car was ready for pickup[redacted] essentially called me a liar when I told him that I had not spoken to anyone at the shop since I brought my car inIn short, the body work was good but these guys are liars and scam artistNOTICE: If you have an accident and receive communication from a [redacted] delete it and DO NOT do business with these guysThey will tell you great news so that you bring your car to them and once they have your car they will lie to you and tell you something completely differentThey also bribe people to give them a good review on Revdex.com by giving them a free oil changeDO NOT TRUST good reviews for this company

Accidents are unexpected and out of our control especially right before the holidaysIt was stressful but I'm aliveI received several calls but happen to answer one that relieved all my stress! And then some! This business is fantastic! They took care of me the day after my car accidentI have a high end SUV which required expensive replacement partsThey finished quickly and handled my insurance company (including a supplement) for me the whole way...including a ride to pick up my rental...which they reserved and paid for me to get into too! I would highly recommend not only their actual body work (my car looks amazing) but also their customer serviceI am very happy with Deluxe and would recommend them to anybody
