Great place to get your car fixed and painted, only place I go to get my car fixed.

So after I had my accident,[redacted] text me saying that Deluxe would be able to take care of the deductible for my car. I confirmed this with him over the phone as well before taking my car in to the shop. I took my car in and after a few weeks my car was ready. Now they say that they need $750 for the balance of the car when all along they said that they were going to be able to take care of it. They said that they called and talked to me and noted in the account that they confirmed that they would only be able to cover $250 of the deductible before my car was actually ready. They never called and talked to me about this issue until my car was ready for pickup.[redacted] essentially called me a liar when I told him that I had not spoken to anyone at the shop since I brought my car in. In short, the body work was good but these guys are liars and scam artist. NOTICE: If you have an accident and receive communication from a[redacted] delete it and DO NOT do business with these guys. They will tell you great news so that you bring your car to them and once they have your car they will lie to you and tell you something completely different. They also bribe people to give them a good review on Revdex.com by giving them a free oil change. DO NOT TRUST good reviews for this company.

My experience with deluxe paint was refreshing quality of work was excellent and customer svc was a family experience I recommend this business to any looking for excellence!

They offered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! We were rear ended a couple of days before Thanksgiving which was extremely overwhelming. [redacted] took care of everything the day after the accident. He had my car towed, picked me up and got me in a rental, handled all the contact with the insurance company and made sure that we got updates on the progress of our car repairs. The body shop crew did an amazing job on the repairs, everything looked as if it had never been damaged. Thank you so much for your hard work!

I drive a 2013 Toyota Corolla at first I didn't think they could do the repair on my vehicle and do it the right way. I am a body tech myself and I am a very hard person to please. But they showed me that they were able to handle the job and I am happy with the repairs with my lifetime warranty as well. So if you want more for your bucks go to Deluxe. I brought my 2007 Chevy Impala Ltz to deluxe paint and body work. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. when I brought the vehicle at the shop I wasn't so sure if they would paint the car correctly or if the paint would be a little off color. I came in to the shop today and seen my Impala.... my eyes opened up and I was highly surprised that the car was 100% perfect. all parts were well put together bumper was amazing and the color was right on point. I couldn't ask for. these guys are great and the customer service is at 1000% I will be sure to let others know about this shop. and that it is highly recommended. no need to look around just stop by Deluxe Paint and body works. you won't be disappointed.

I was recently involved in a car accident. Deluxe Paint & Body Works handled the entire process. They filed a claim, dealt with the adjuster and assured the repairs were quality and treated me as a person rather a number. Wow Today I picked up my BMW 328I 2014 and was very impressed. The shine and the work that was done was immaculate. The customer service was one of courteous and respect. The staff contacted me and assisted me from day one. I was constantly made of the status of my vehicle. The price was very reasonable and I was even given a discount that help me with my deductible. If I had to rate Deluxe Paint and Body Works I would give them a ten for excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to restore their vehicle to it's original look. I am very thankful for this shop, employees and the owner ! Not knowing the process I was scared to allow anyone to touch my 2013 Kia Soul after my accident because I just didn't know who would take care of me as a FEMALE handling things on my own, I was scared to be taken advantage of ! Deluxe not only took care of me as if I was family, they made me feel welcomed and walk me through every step of the process before bringing my car to them. Once my car was brought to their shop and the work began on it, they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and even supplied pictures to keep me at ease . They are a ONE STOP Shop and make sure each and every concern is handled ! They also work very quickly within a few days short of two weeks my car was finished, it looks better than the day I bought it off the lot a year ago and EVERYTHING works how it did prior to the accident if not better ! They really take care of you,especially the employees they are knowledgeable enough to break things down so that you understand and are comfortable with what they are doing to your car ! There is not a question I could ask that each and every employee wasn't willing to answer ! This is a great TEAM of professionals ! I am definitely calling them about all car troubles
