We make it very clear that customer's can purchase any item except for custom itemsThose are on a whole other system and we don't have the capability to make that workThere is no way around itNo exceptions could be made even if we wanted to

The CF model the customer is asking to exchange his bat for is $over the MSRP of the bat he currently hasWe are not able to take payments or issue refunds at the warranty center, we can only exchange bats for batsWe are happy to provide him a replacement of his bat or any other model
equal to or less than the MSRP of his current bat

This order was cancelled and since it was cancelled, the order never shippedThe authorization on the card was reversed when the order was cancelledWe are not holding any funds on the card for this order

We have already offered to provide a final replacement for the bat. The customer is using a bat that was not designed for 14-17 year olds, hence they are overpowering and breaking them.

it read for off the shelf items all I wanted was my money back, they sold an unusable item that was rejected by usssa which is where we play a full refund should have been an option now we r stuck with Wilson credit and a tainted name. Demarini Zen are looked at different now with this mishap

The bat was received on 6/26/17 and approved for a voucher in the amount of $450 that same day. We apologize for the delay in the issuing of the voucher, however we are unable to provide a refund for a bat purchased from a retailer or reimburse shipping costs....

not be utilizing nor recommending them for any future bat purchases.  The refund of the overnight charges fixes the issue monetarily, but I never received any phone call or apology for the problems that they caused due to their lack of execution.
