Customer's order was delivered to the address they provided. They need to contact UPS, it is out of our hands at this point.

Could not find any claim that was set up for this customer, which is why he did not receive instructions. I called and left him a voice mail to have him call us, so we can take care of him.

Shipping charges in the amount of $33.63 were refunded to the customer per his request on June 26th 2017.   Thanks, Demarini Sports

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the bat they are claiming is comparable to the bat in question is an aluminum bat which is in no way comparable.  Demarini carries 4 composite bats with a 2 3/4" barrel.  They are the CF Zen Senior League bat, the bat that the Demarini rep recommended and advised was the bat my son needs; the CF Zen JBB bat which is the one that broke within a month of use because it is not made for the pitches being thrown; and 2 CF8 in a (-10) and (-11).  Two of those bats are more expensive than the bat in question and one is less expensive.  Due to the false advertising of the bats this would not even be a problem.   They have the ability to issue a store credit for the purchase of a bat that is better for my son they just don't want to.  I am not asking for anything free I am asking for fairness and offering to pay the difference in the price.  Sincerely,[redacted]

This customer has been taken care of. We have shipped them a replacement bat.

This customer received a voucher for the full MSRP of the CF Zen, and the replacement bat they requested with the voucher was received on 4/25/17.  We are unable to reimburse shipping costs or provide additional refunds.

I can't find a case file under this customer's name, so I am unable to find out what is going on. I need a case or order number from the customer to proceed.

The DeMarini Factory Warranty covers the following three items- there are no other warranties. A severely dented bat for one year from the date of purchase. The end-plug and knob may be repaired or replaced if found defective for one year from the date of purchase. Cracked from normal use for one...

year from the date of purchase.   The customer’s bat was inspected and found to have none of the above listed issues, the warranty isn’t an exchange or refund program. The bat is still covered for the full year under the factory warranty.   Thanks, Demarini Sports
