I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
  The response from Dempsey makes no sense.  “Dempsey Energy uses [redacted] leads for customers looking to replace their equipment, Furnace, boiler, A/C system, or hot water tank. We provide free estimates for these customers as they are installations.”  In reality, those jobs are removals and installations.   This was a request through [redacted] for plumbing service, specifically, for installation of a new pressure reduction valve.  This was not a request for the repair or replacement of an existing valve.  There was no existing valve.  There was no mention of a diagnostic fee and I never agreed to pay for an estimate.  Clearly there was never a meeting of the minds.

The day after I recieved a fill up @$2.49 per gallon my neighbor paid $1.92 per gallon. Again that's egregious and deceptive.

We understand the frustration of the customer as we are frustrated with the situation that occurred.  The tech knew what needed to be done to repair the leak and subsequently completed the repair. The tech, needing to drain the system of water, used his pump and emptied the water into the stand...

pipe for the washing machine.  After completing the work and picking up all his tools and equiptment, he forgot to secure the washing machine drain hose back into the standpipe.  Regretably, this accidental lapse caused water to drain onto the basement floor when the washing machine was put into use.  We have acknowledged our mistake and have offered to reimburse the customer $75.00 with which they declined and stated that this amount was insufficient for the time that was spent cleaning up the water.

Their whole response was a lie. Overcharged 25% for two deliveries in a row.
