I purchased the Blue Note CD Case home based business kit by Silver Bow back in December I made my 1st sample and sent it in and they denied it with notes on what to correctI made the 2nd sample and Go Figure they denied that one too with even more errors than the 1st one! At that point I came to the realization that they Do Not Plan on Ever Approving my samples because their are not set up to actually Pay People for assembling CD Cases but to pretend that they do so that they can get your $out of you and get you caught up after days so that they don't have to Refund Your Money based on Paypal's Refund Guidelines so they know how to Precisely play the "Gotcha System Well!" I have been Arguing with a so-called Manager named [redacted]  there and boy is she something else! She rambled on and on about why they can't give me my money back and needless to say I am [redacted] ! It has been months since I bought this kit which only contained some paper cut-outs and instructions and that cost me $36.90! I can't believe there are such companies out there like this that are actually set up like this to take as many people's money as they can and not think anything of it! Everyone please stay CLEAR of any company asking for monies up front to work for them and stay especially away from Blue Note CD Cases/Silver Bow! They will rip you OF!

I was referred to Denali Service through my home warranty provider they did come and take a look at my oven but [redacted] was supposed to be between the hours of 3-6pm and came minutes to 7pm he did call to tell me he was running lateHe didn't look very professional his shirt was not tucked in and looked out of breath I realize it' hot here in AZ but still no excuse for unprofessional appearancesHe told me that the knobs might be the issue he would call to confirm that it was going to be covered and give me a call back the next day and order the part & try it out to see if that was the main problemI paid him my deductible of $which I thought was $not a big deal I thoughtWell, it's been over a week no call from himI even called the company and they said they would need to contact him and get more infoI have not heard back from them since I called this afternoon no answer left a message on their machine & still no call backA phone call would have been nice to say they haven't gotten a hold of him or something I would have given no stars but that's not an option guess I'm better off getting a new oven instead of wasting more money on services ***UPDATE [redacted] Got a call about 1/weeks after first "service" to have the guy come out with repair partmmmk didn't know it was ok'd by warranty agency no one called me to confirm but I will let it go Guy was supposed to be here today between 12-NO SHOW NO CALL to confirm him coming and NO CALL to say running late every time I've tried calling I don't get anything but machine so I left a message stating how upset I am I will NOT be doing another "follow up" with this companybetter off fixing it myself or getting a new oven which we can't afford but needThanks Denali Services NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a service technician come out on Monday 07/(dispatched by my home warranty company) and we were told that the reason we had an error code on our thermostat was a a blown fuseAC unit is only to years old and very expensive systemWe made it very clear to the technician that we were going out of town for nearly weeks and our pet sitter and animals would be in the house with NO way of leaving since my pet sitter is and does not driveWe were repeatedly assured by the technician it was simply a fuse and it was all set, not to worrydays later and miles away and the pet sitter calls to let us know it is degrees in the house and the same error code is on the thermostatCalled Denali and was basically told -oh well, the service claim is closed and to file a new service request with our home warranty company and they are DAYS OUT on scheduling serviceso basically all my pets can die since it will be plus degrees in the houseAnd the icing on that cake is she said the $service fee is non refundable, even though the technician did not correctly fix my unit and we are now paying out of pocket to have a competent HVAC company handle the repairRidiculous and horrible service, if they cant stand by the work of their technicians, they should not be in the AC business- in AZ, AC is a LIFE AND DEATH issue for people and petsdays!!!! laughable and completely ridiculous!

With Blue Note CD Cases my creativity and my love for designing has been enhanced by making and designing the CD kits that I had from your companyI also like how wonderful your items wereI was also glad that every finished product that I make you accept it and some may need some improvements but it’s a good thing that I learn new things especially with this kind of craftYour CD kits were the bestKudos to your company

It was a great experience with Blue Note CD, as a full-time home based working mom it was really a privileged working on this cd’s. Working with this cd’s enhances my designing and crafting skills. At first I doubt about this company because of the negative reviews but I didn’t mind it and tried their product. Later on I made it as a source of income aside from my other jobs while at home. I was just like doing a school project of kids and at times designing a cd case becomes our bonding time with the kid. We enjoyed doing this crafts. We will definitely continue our patronage with Blue Note CD Case.

Their CD cases kit had been a great help for me, it gives an extra income for my family and I can do the designing on my own free time. The creative in me goes out with these kits. I had already done a lot of designs from the materials that they had provided and I enjoyed decorating the cd cases and I love what I am doing. I have been contacting Blue Note CD Company for several weeks now asking for a refund of my purchase priceI called again today and spoke to Ann and explained the situationShe was terribly rude, vulgar, and kept hanging up on meI kept calling back and asking her to please listen to me, but she kept yelling "no no no you have to listen to me or I'll just keep hanging up on you!" Another time I called back she told me "good luck getting your refund now! I'll make sure you don't get one!"
