Had a service technician come out on Monday 07/18 (dispatched by my home warranty company) and we were told that the reason we had an error code on our thermostat was a a blown fuse. AC unit is only 4 to 5 years old and very expensive system. We made it very clear to the technician that we were going out of town for nearly 2 weeks and our pet sitter and 4 animals would be in the house with NO way of leaving since my pet sitter is 19 and does not drive. We were repeatedly assured by the technician it was simply a fuse and it was all set, not to worry. 3 days later and 1200 miles away and the pet sitter calls to let us know it is 95 degrees in the house and the same error code is on the thermostat. Called Denali and was basically told -oh well, the service claim is closed and to file a new service request with our home warranty company and they are 4 DAYS OUT on scheduling service.... so basically all my pets can die since it will be 100 plus degrees in the house. And the icing on that cake is she said the $60 service fee is non refundable, even though the technician did not correctly fix my unit and we are now paying out of pocket to have a competent HVAC company handle the repair. Ridiculous and horrible service, if they cant stand by the work of their technicians, they should not be in the AC business- in AZ, AC is a LIFE AND DEATH issue for people and pets. 4 days!!!! laughable and completely ridiculous!

I was referred to Denali Service through my home warranty provider they did come and take a look at my oven but [redacted] was supposed to be between the hours of 3-6pm and came 15 minutes to 7pm he did call to tell me he was running late. He didn't look very professional his shirt was not tucked in and looked out of breath I realize it' hot here in AZ but still no excuse for unprofessional appearances. He told me that the knobs might be the issue he would call to confirm that it was going to be covered and give me a call back the next day and order the part & try it out to see if that was the main problem. I paid him my deductible of $60 which I thought was $50 not a big deal I thought. Well, it's been over a week no call from him. I even called the company and they said they would need to contact him and get more info. I have not heard back from them since I called this afternoon no answer left a message on their machine & still no call back. A phone call would have been nice to say they haven't gotten a hold of him or something I would have given no stars but that's not an option guess I'm better off getting a new oven instead of wasting more money on services.

Got a call about 2 1/2 weeks after first "service" to have the guy come out with repair part... mmmk didn't know it was ok'd by warranty agency no one called me to confirm but I will let it go .... Guy was supposed to be here today between 12-3 NO SHOW NO CALL to confirm him coming and NO CALL to say running late every time I've tried calling I don't get anything but machine so I left a message stating how upset I am I will NOT be doing another "follow up" with this company. better off fixing it myself or getting a new oven which we can't afford but need. Thanks Denali Services NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
