After reading your comments we have done an internal review and have determined the following:We have had some salesman over committing They have either been terminated or correctedWe have set up a centralized phone # to expedite any refund requests or service issues.We will continue to strive to improve our customer service

still isn't resolvedThey finally delivered part of my order on 8/4/2016, but were short two closetsThey also charged my credit card, which they said they wouldn't until the job was completedIt isn't completed! They claim that they salesperson didn't include the measurements for the closet, but my husband saw the salesperson measure all of the closets and we were very clear that those were included in our order.
