They have had plenty of chances to review this The Jack *** ** (owner) is aware as well as Tim (gen Mgr), Mandy(installation), Lance(installation), Hunter(installation) Edward ***(contractor), Norman(who no longer works there).Jack's Carpet does not up hold up to their word.I've been dealing with this since Nov 2015, and The floor in my bedrroom is not put back down!

My understanding is the business sat on this problem until the decided to do a story on them I feel the resolution had nothing to do with values or ethics
