Upon receiving communication from the member, he was offered the additional 3rd month for free in accordance to the 3 month guarantee offered by the site. According to records Mr. [redacted] never responded with his acceptance of this offer. Member re-upgraded his membership and continued utilizing paid membership access until June 2012.

Review: This website uses completely fake ads from fake women including emails sent to clients. If the profile says "Online Cupid" it is a fake profile however this information is hidden deep in the terms and conditions of service.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: First when I first signed up on nov 21 I tried to cancel when I read this was a scam site. I called several times (nobody answered) and then was able to cancel on line but they never cancelled. I then tried to contact them because the service was still in effect. On 11 29 I called the credit card co. who gave me an email that was not on the site. I contacted them and they said no refund. The site has deceiving advertising which is connected to a legitimate site (plenty of fish) The girls on their site are not real. They have a small disclaimer in their terms which I missed, but I did not even use the service when I first tried to contact them to cancel service. I feel sorry for the people who are further scammed by this company who hires people to reply to their personals.Desired Settlement: Refund Amount charged to my credit card and stop any future charges and dissolve my membership

The dates of the emails range from 1/5/12 to 2/7/12.

The emails have violated several laws.

I sent them a very detailed letter dated February 1, 2012, the letter was sent certified return receipt.

It was signed for on 2/4/12.

I have heard nothing from them.

I see on your site that they have sold [redacted] to a foreign corporation.

On their site they contradict this statement:

Since they are our client and we handle software development for them, it is understandable that Mr. [redacted] linked our companies together. We received the letter from Mr. [redacted] and forwarded it to [redacted] for review and processing.

Review: I had paid for one month of this website and weeks prier emailed billing and customer support to cancel my account and do not charge my card.I was not satisfied with this service and they claimed it to be 100% satisfied or money back well needless to say the next billing cycle came due and they charged me anyway after my three times of emailing them I wanted to cancel and not be charged and I had made them aware I was not happy and they stilled charged my card $29.95.Desired Settlement: I want to be fully refunded due to poor customer service and unhappy website services

I am rejecting this response because:I was refunded only one Month when I want both months refunded because I was not satisfied and very unhappy with the customer support I received and the no responses on all my e-mails weeks before the new billing cycle was due,as I wanted to cancel and that was not met and I had to pay over draft fees to my bank due to money still being pulled out after I emailed I wanted to cancel weeks pryer.So I am still owed one month.
