We have been in contact with [redacted] and she should have received her refund by now.  I apologize for the delay and her refund was back dated to the date she orignally canelled her extended service contract. Also, as I stated above, we sent her refund to her immediately, which usually takes...

6-8 weeks for us to receive the funds from the extended service contract providor.I aplogize for any inconvenience. Duane S[redacted]Vice President and CFODennis Dillon Automotive  Group

We have/had several Kia Soul's advertised at a similar price.  This particular unit had accessories added to it and an addendum sticker was placed in the window clearing showing the price of the additional accessories.  We told the customer that if he wanted that...

particular vehicle for the advertised price we would take off the accessories that had been added.  The customer was unwilling to accept this.[redacted]Vice President and CFO

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  They are just skirting the issue now.  They gave me a form stating there was no problem with my car.  That all fluid levels were topped off, when in fact 2 fluid levels were low, one was empty, and 3 different fluids were dirty.  When you do a 24 point diagnostic stating everything looked great it should be great.  Otherwise DON"T do the inspection.  Even though my car is a 2006 there is less than 66000 miles on it.  The cracked radiator could of happened before I took it in or after, my mechanic could not confirm anything., but if it was cracked before they should of noticed.  I simply want people to be aware that this service center misleads the consumer when they say they have inspected your car, when clearly they have not.  Thankfully I did not take any long trips after they serviced my car or my motor could of been ruined.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They have admitted to putting dirty wheels inside my vehicle and parking it where sprinklers covered it with hard water spots due to their negligence. They offered to detail the vehicle which has already been done with my time and expense. I'm asking for reimbursement to cover my time and expense cleaning the issues their employees caused to my vehicle. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

Honestly I am appalled by the response I received.  At no point at any time did I say that I did not want to pay for the hood repaint.  I have attached the emails which I sent and received regarding what I was asking for on my vehicle.  I copy and pasted it so that you can read exactly what was said.  On May 11th I asked Richard A[redacted] about the Paint Protection Film (PPF) and the chips that I had in the paint.  I was told at that time that it would cost $35 for the touch up and would take a full day to cure before they can put the PPF on.  The price I was quoted was $560.  There was no mention at that time of any other options for repainting the car.  On June 7th I emailed again to get further information about this.  I only asked about getting the best package done for the PPF and requested prices on the tires and wheels I wanted.  At this time I was quoted $550 for the PPF which was basically the same price I was quoted before, there is no mention of any discount I would be getting.  Again I was told they would need my car a full day.  I was asked a question about the rock chips “I assume you are just talking about some rock chips that we need to touch up before installing the clear bra not big damage or missing paint that needs to go to the body shop correct?” to which I replied “The paint damage is very minor rock chips nothing major at all. Most people probably would notice them.”  There were a dozen or so very minor rock chips in the paint.  I was answering a direct question.  My car was not wrecked or have any major damage that would require a body shop.  I decided on the most expensive PPF package they offered, I picked wheels that were some of the more expensive offered and the tires were on sale, but I did not pick the cheapest tires, I chose the tires that would best fit living in Idaho and how I drive.  I even went further to ask about having more done to my car with a remote start which I didn’t have done because my wife said it was silly and I can just walk outside and start it. There was never any mention whatsoever that I did not want to pay for a repaint, it was never offered as an option.  I thought there was only one option which was to fix the paint so it looks new as this is a new car.  In my email complaining about the service I even went as far as telling them I was not “trying to cut corners or save money anywhere.”  On June 20th I received an email from Beau B[redacted] I received his offer to replace the PPF for free if I would like to repaint the front of the car, and also to have my car detailed.  I had already told them I spent hours cleaning my car to fix the water spots and interior so there was no point to have them detail a car that was already done.  In the response to the Revdex.com complaint they stated they tried other offers.  This is the only offer I have received, if they have anything else they offered it was never relayed to me.  In my response you can see that I was still asking about getting it done, and never mentioned anything about not wanting to pay for the touch ups.  Beau then tried to use my words against me to make a case for themselves why they didn’t push for a repaint.  As I already showed this was a direct answer to a question.  I never once asked for a discount or implied I did not want to pay.  The quote they sent me has no mention of any ‘offer’ they were making to me for the issue. It is a normal quoted price.  I asked to have this forwarded to his boss and would await a response.  I never received any response which is why I filed the Revdex.com complaint.  Also I attached a picture of the copy of the warranty for the PPF.  On the warranty it states it is intended for use only on a fully cured OEM vehicle painted surface.  As I stated in my original complaint from researching this, the reason it must be fully cured is the PPF can remove the paint when it is removed due to the paint curing to the PPF.  Their response to the Revdex.com complaint that it was professionally installed.  Both Richard and Gina both stated it had to cure for at least 24 hours, which was not done.  So their professional installers did not follow the proper procedure for this product.  I will not accept their offer to simply refund the money as the bigger issue is that in the future when this product is removed it most likely will cause damage to my vehicle due to the negligence of Dennis Dillon.  I will await further response in this matter.
Sincerely,[redacted]

The recall mentioned related to the brake pedal itself and had nothing to do with the clutch and the damage done to it.  Also, the warranty is provided by Fiat and Fiat denied any warranty on the clutch itself.  They determined that the clutch was damaged due to abuse. We offered the...

customer to remove the storage fees if the repairs were paid and we still offer this. The repossession is between the customer and their lender and therefore has no bearing on the repairs that were completed on the vehicle
