Brought the car in for service the problem in volved my heatEnded up with a blown engine and other problemsGot the car back and it worked for about a month now I have a none running carMy dad who paid for it and spoke with Nick the whole time got into when I ended up getting a flat tire and it couldn't be repaired due to where it wasAnd they didn't add the road side on them for the on a dollar car paymentI tried speaking to Nick along with my dad and it got me no whereI shouldn't of had to pay for the engine repair that they blew along with other things that the car is not running at the momentDue to the person working on it deactivating my alarm so he could get the new engine in and runningI can't and don't feel comfortable going back there cause of Nick

I took a tire with a slow leak into Kost Tire on Monday, October 15, They were unable to patch the tire due to the location of the leak, so I had to purchase a new tire When I picked my new tire up on Wednesday, October 17, the wheel rim had been switched with an older model *** My wheel came from my *** *** The rim they mounted on the new tire had no resemblance to the one I brought in on October except that it was a *** rim The employees told me there was nothing they could do, but would call the boss and get back to me I left with the old rim since my car is only equipped with a donut spare As of today, November 4, no one has contacted me Kost Tire, in that location, has been the only tire center that has serviced my car since I drove off the dealer lot

I brought my truck to Kost, Milford PA to have a flat tire repairedI explained to the salesman that another tire shop had damaged the wheels, & replaced them, that I did not want this to happen again, that these were new wheelsHe assured me repeatedly this would not happen because the machine has plastic covers that protect the wheelsThey fixed the tire, & damaged the wheel exactly the same way the other tire shop had, but even worse, by leaving punch marks & scratches in places around the wheelI have since had conversations with the salesman, store manager, district manager & owner/President of KostAll they will agree to do is have the wheel repaired, which is unacceptableIf I wanted refurbished wheels, I would have bought refurnished wheels to begin withThese were new, from ***I was told that the repair would cost a little more than half of what a new tire would cost (so aproximately $700), & "they wanted to do that first because it was less exp

Received a oil change on Wednesday June 8th arrived at 8:and was out of Kost Tire on *** *** *** Milford PA *** at 11:amThe usual long wait to get your oil change first thing in the morninThere they proceeded to tell me, that my *** *** needed something ridiculous done for another hundred dollars and my filter needed for the oil change was not in stock and they had to go the dealership to get one
On June 13th my oil light came on and my husband checked the dipstick to our surprise there was no oil appearing on the dipstickContacted Kost immediately all they wanted to do was add oil and be done with the situation and not put anything in writing that they are held responsible for any damage that could be caused to the truck for not having oil as stated on the phone by Dominick the ManagerMy husband explained to them we do not want touching the Tundra and want to bring it straight to the *** dealership*** told us not to drive the Truck or turn it

I took my jeep compass miles to kost in eynon for PA state inspection, they failed it saying it needed a ball joint and inner tie rod end,I have been a tech for over years and have my inspection license but I don't have a station, I chose to do the work myself, when I purchased the parts and went to install them I found there wasn't anything wrong with the parts on the vehicle, no play in them at all, I called and questioned them , they said they would not inspect it without the new parts, I installed the new parts , I have the parts I took off, they are like new, Kost just wanted to rip me off and make money on me, Beware of their fraudulent business practices,
