By fare the Realtyna platform is one of the best platforms out there if not the bestI personally researched over different vendors before I decided to user Realtyna as our providerLike anything there is always a risk when working with a provider for the first time and it takes time to get familiarize with how the system works and their teamOnce you learn some of their tools and capabilities things start work really well Pros They system is very robust and fixable and provided a great engine that we layered with our designThey have a lot of features that can be tweaked and massaged to the way you want things to look and workYou just need to do a little CSS coding etcThey have many modules that you can be added to the main platformOne of the main reasons that we picked Realtyna was for their MLS RETS integrationThis was key in our decision as we were looking for a more complete data feed without the hassle to do expensive and time consuming programingIt took some time to figure out how it all worked and to get it going, but once the feed started coming in we were very happy with the results Their support team is very understanding and willing to help and do what was necessary to complete the jobOur project was very complex which created a few hurdles that required some attentionMost of the time any tickets that we submitted was answered quicklyI had many questions about how things worked which could have been annoying, but Sara, Natan, and Howard always responded in a professional and detailed manner Cons All support was via email, I would have preferred to have a phone conversation which I thought would have help move things along fasterI took longer to get answers on some of the support tickets but they eventually got to itI wasn’t sure which modules I needed until I needed them which ended up costing me more than I expectedIt was not big deal I just wished for the size of this project a pre consolation would have made things easier, and would have avoided a few emails All and all great system and great team

I called to inquire about Dennys birthday specialThe host was very rude when speaking to meI asked to please speak to a manager and the host refused to put the manager on the phoneHe became very sarcastic and hung up on meMoments later my husband called back and was given the same horrible treatment and was told "let me get the manager so he can tell you no in your face too" however host hung up phone againI never got my answer or was able to speak to a manager and at this point will never patronize this establishment

Here is what happened. Guest came up to pay and the first swipe of their card came up "do not honor/did not read". When this happens it could possibly be a "mis-swipe so we swiped it a second time and it went
through. Unfortunately when something is swiped twice sometimes their bank will hold the amount for 3-business daysAfter that, the amount falls off as if it was never there. This is something we have no control over and we tried to explain that to the guest.
As you can see by the attached documents we only charged them $There has been no financial loss to our guest
As for us not responding to the original letter, this is the first Revdex.com complaint I have seen in my years here. I will make sure all of my locations know that when they see something with your letterhead on it that it needs to get to me immediately.

It’s a super plfor real estate business; even that the system is made with separated database tablesThis means that customization is needed if you like to use common WordPress plugins
But the people at Realtyna and their support for adding new features to the system; is outstandingFair prices for support and good understanding for our needs and requirements

The context of this reply is based on the project as a whole....not just one ticket....I'll start with the negatives The only negative was the time frame for our project completion That said, this is the only negative in an incredibly complex project with many moving parts, including myself (which at times was the cause for some delays)From the first call with Carolyn - to the time and care Alex took to answer our pre-project questions.....to the immense time required by Marvin, Nancy, Steve and their team...I don't believe a better fit exists for our business goalsThe affordability and expansion possibilities offered by Realtyna is unequaled in my opinionThanks for your commitment to our project and our long term relationship
