“I have purchased the realtyna organic package back in December
Today, my second deal which is solely generated via my website organic result has been closed (without spending even $on the paid marketing) and I am going to write my review about the experience with realtyna team and their productI am going to starts with Pros and then I'll write about the Cons
Pros:
Realtyna team developed a featured rich packagethey have created almost any feature that you can imagine in their add-onsThis is part of the cons tooThese features are hard to learn for a realtor without IT back-ground and sometimes I felt lost in their sophisticated control panel and manuals
They provided the installation service and they went beyond what they promised to me to solve a server issueI knew it wasn't part of their job to deal with my server configurationBut I dared to ask and they did it free of charge
The software itself, is robust and when you learn to deal with it (which took me couple of months to be honest!) you will enjoy every bit of it
Cons:
I wish I could give a star review to RealtynaIf they solve the following cons, I will gladly change my review
Their technical team are not accessible by phoneI can't understand why I should wait for a day to receive my answer by emailAnyway, I received answer to all of my requests in a day or two without exceptionCouple of times I called their number and the operator added a note to my ticket and changed the priorityI believe their support team are located in Germany or PolandIt doesn't really matter for me as long as they can be faster than this
Another cons is their sophisticated featureI have IT backgroundIf I hadn't I couldn't work with this software easilyThey should have a training sessions for realtors who don't have enough information about the Wordpress and web based softwareIt's not very fair to leave them with a cockpit full of controls and features and ask them to fly without any prior trainingI should suggest to stay away from their sophisticated product if you don't know how to deal with dozens of features and settings in a single software or you need something simple or basic or you like to just have a simple website
Overall, I am satisfied with Realtyna product and team and after this long journey, I am getting more deals closed.”

By fare the Realtyna platform is one of the best platforms out there if not the bestI personally researched over different vendors before I decided to user Realtyna as our providerLike anything there is always a risk when working with a provider for the first time and it takes time to get familiarize with how the system works and their teamOnce you learn some of their tools and capabilities things start work really well
Pros
They system is very robust and fixable and provided a great engine that we layered with our designThey have a lot of features that can be tweaked and massaged to the way you want things to look and workYou just need to do a little CSS coding etcThey have many modules that you can be added to the main platformOne of the main reasons that we picked Realtyna was for their MLS RETS integrationThis was key in our decision as we were looking for a more complete data feed without the hassle to do expensive and time consuming programingIt took some time to figure out how it all worked and to get it going, but once the feed started coming in we were very happy with the results
Their support team is very understanding and willing to help and do what was necessary to complete the jobOur project was very complex which created a few hurdles that required some attentionMost of the time any tickets that we submitted was answered quicklyI had many questions about how things worked which could have been annoying, but Sara, Natan, and Howard always responded in a professional and detailed manner
Cons
All support was via email, I would have preferred to have a phone conversation which I thought would have help move things along fasterI took longer to get answers on some of the support tickets but they eventually got to itI wasn’t sure which modules I needed until I needed them which ended up costing me more than I expectedIt was not big deal I just wished for the size of this project a pre consolation would have made things easier, and would have avoided a few emails

on dutyThe issue was about food quality and the manager on duty, tried to take corrective actions to make it right for the customerAnd the customer refused to be helped, and became irateThe MOD, asked the customers to lower the voice and to be courteous for other guestsThe customer escalated and MOD asked them to leave And as for the recent issue, I was not made aware of this issue and will do a follow up with the manager on dutyMy sincerest apologies for the late reply.Anthony P***General Manager DENNYS ALAMOGODO

This product does exactly what it saysThe free version works 100% as described, and would be well suited for a realtor/broker who wants to create their own listings on their site
I am going to give this plugin stars because I have ample experience working with the Realtyna team to successfully build an organic MLS website for a brokerEven after the site is complete and we should be done with our relationship, Realtyna has reached out many times to see if we are doing well and to address any possible concerns
My client's site has doubled in traffic every month since it has been launched because of the SEO implicationsThe organic acquisition is now at 55% in just days! Great product and great support

Dear Revdex.com, ID Sorry for the late reply on this issue I had just received yesterday the 26th of October from my Chico Ca store With the complaint from Mr*** ***, yes we did speak I time on or around 8/24/I had approached him and asked if I could sit with him, and he said
yes, I just mentioned I’am a dog lover I think I said, but I really need to let him know his dog cannot be barking every time someone walks by or hears somethingI mentioned I had guest complaining to me, I was very very polite and scratched his dog headHe asked to speak with me when leaving I met him up front by registerHe was very upset stating he has a dog permit and he doesn’t have to show itI was very polite and mentioned I don’t need to see it and I never asked to see itHe then mentioned he can’t believe I was telling he has to leave, I again mentioned I never asked you to leave and he is welcome back, I did mention I just cant have any type of services dogs be a nuisance to where guest are complaining, and I know there is rules that have to be regulated, I also mentioned “Sir Im not arguing you & your dog are welcome backHe just has to remain quiet that all, and I did mention unless he is a warning type dog of diabetes or somethingThat is all I’ve ever talk to himHe did put a report into the company that wasn’t true to the incidenceOh before leaving he said he was calling the ADA no one contacted me from ADAThen another complaint came in from him on 10/24/stating that he is waiting a long tie for service. This store is a busy store and GM *** Prentice mentioned he is on it when he comes in, he’s his beverage for him right away, but sometimes it might take abit longer for service to get to him not right awayWe do serve our guest first come first serviceIf we were to see Mr*** on the streets I could not tell you who he wasWe definitely don’t discriminate our guestMr*** is so always welcome in our store with his little dogI did, mention to my supervisor I’m starting to feel a little targeted by Mr*** due to him mentioning my name on second complaintI’am the District Leader, but only frequent the store 2/times a week, and to visit and follow up on operations with that I sincerely hope I have answered questions to your completionI have been with Denny’s for over years and I’am very careful with employees and guest perception and empathic to their need’s I strive for that. These guys from Realtyna have really built a great plugin for managing a real estate websiteLiterally everything in the plugin is highly customizableSome settings are hard to find, but you just send their support team an email and they’ll either fix it for you or point you to the place where the setting can be changedWe managed to customize the plugin exactly as we wantedGreat work!

Realtyna build a great international real estate software with a lot of needed functionalities with a broad spectrum of additional features like MLS-RETS XML, multi-languages, advanced CRM, licensing and Brokerage/agent set-ups, memberships features & responsive templates etcI have used this software for a year now and see how it have improved and really stands out from many other solutions in the industry

RPL agency software is easy to use but there are some first basic steps of a learning curve and the more you learn the more of RPL power you can use and customise to your own needs and business model

The value for money for is great and your appreciate the great support that fix bugs/configurations quickly!

This buisness is a complete jokeWe walk in and everything seems goodWe order our food I ordered a choclate shake and I did not recieve it till after I got my food minutes laterAnd there are only three other people in the restrauntOnce we recieve our food my friends order is all messed up he procedes to tell the waitress and this ignorant cook comes running from the back her name is kenishaShe acted completly unprofessional and out of line, why she even has a job there baffeles meNone the less as we decide to return the food and walk out kenisha is in the kitchen running her mouth to where the whole store can hear herHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I am rejecting this response because: they are claiming that the dishes went through the dishwasher when there is NO WAY that they were even washed at all; there was too much food left on the bottoms of ALL OF OUR DISHES, and we were a party of peopleSecond of all, I didn't get reimbursed until November 15th when the incident occurred on October 23, and that is only after filing multiple complaints with their corporate officeAnd, nothing's ever been addressed about the manager aggressively following my husband and threatening him when we were not the ones that did anything wrongWe shouldn't be yelled at and threatened because we discovered we were being fed on dirty plates! That's not how to run a business!

I have had my boat and outboard motors worked on at Schmidt Boat RepairThey did quality work all timesThe last time, they didn't even charge me for working on my HP EvinrudeThe said the repair took little time and no parts were neededI will be using them in the future and I recommend them highly

Impressive software that's very customizableThere's a lot of capability within the software to stylize it like you'd like, but like anything web related, to make it truly yours you should know some CSS, HTML and perhaps a bit of PHPMind you, if you don't you'll be fine
The support for the software is unlike any other software I've ever usedI paid for the Pro plugin as that's where you'll benefit the most from the plugin's functionality, but got just as much support before doing so
I would like to see some more instruction as to the development and configuration and suchThere are some manuals but they could be more extensiveRegardless, that doesn't change my rating of stars
I've purchased a lot of software over the last years and WPL is probably the best of the web-basedVery happy with the purchaseKeep up the good work
