Unfortunately, Health Care Privacy laws and regulations prevent us from disclosing protected health information without a signed release form from Ms. [redacted]. We can disclose Dental Health Services attempted to speak with Ms. [redacted] regarding her concerns. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the letter mentioned in their response to you discussed a letter they sent to me. That letter essentially rejected any attempt to reconcile the complaints.  They will not adjust billing, nor help on any additional services as was brought up by Sylvia on the phone call from them.  The specialty services are included in our coverage, but as I was told on the phone - that is only if the General Dentist in their network is able to perform those services.  External referrals are not covered.  However, none of the general dentists available in my area (Bright Dental and Aspen Dental) have the ability to do this procedures, so they always do external referrals....which then are not covered.  I consider that the definition of bait and switch.  I've responded directly to Sylvia in regards to the letter they mailed me and informed them that a complaint with the State of Oregon's Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (the governing body of insurance companies for the state) will be my next step.
I do not accept their response as satisfactory.  If Revdex.com is unable to do anything further I will simply keep going through the above steps I mentioned.
