They will be changing their name soon to better suite the dental field to DentalQor when trying to look them up. Prices are reasonable as well.

Great company. Our Website has amazing traffic. We are ranked at the top for our area. Patients are always saying our website is great and we receive business daily from our website. The customer service has been amazing and Chris has always gone above and beyond to make things easy.

The Team at Business Promotion's has been outstanding!! Very easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable! We are so excited to have our new website up and running. The transition for our email was seamless as well! Thank you BP!!!

Couldn't be happier with this company. Very professional and prompt answering all my questions and getting things done. Very pleasant to deal with. They made us a brand new website that we are very happy with and they are doing all of our Search Engine Optimization for us as well. I would recommend Business Promotion highly.

Love this company! I did a ton of research when we were thinking of switching website companies and I was hesitant of going with BP Dental because their price was one of the lowest for what they were offering, but I am so glad I did. We have been with them for years now and I do not have one complaint. Our website is top notch and our #1 referral source for new patients.

Professionalism. Service. Quality.
If you wanted to work with a company who strive for excellence in customer service and quality of work then I highly recommend BP. I have worked with a number of similar companies and have found BP's methods to be excellent. They created and manage my website both SEO and SEM. Our latest project was a video for my website, it went as it was planned from the initial planning stages to the final product.

They are always very quick to respond to my emails. When I do have to talk to them they are always very helpful and friendly!

Our business has been a customer of BP Dental for at least 5 years and I have been impressed with the responsiveness and quality of the team that touches every aspect of our business from note-worthy website development to handling of all patient reviews. A special thanks to Chris and Crystal most recently in handling a particularly sensitive issue with the utmost ease. Everytime I contact this business I know that they are being honest with me and doing their best to help me resolve whatever issue I am presenting along with just doing a good job with their core business. Business Promotions, LLC of American Fork, UTAH breached our contract twice within weeks of signing. Our first-year contract was signed in May of 2018. Business Promotions hereafter referred to as BP admitted to changing the work product in two significant areas in May of 2018 without telling us or any other client of theirs. Three of their employees confirmed significant contractual changes. The contract renewed automatically for another year, July 1st, 2019, at a rate of $799 a month or $9588.00 yearly.

The cost of the first-year contract for one website was $15,000 paid monthly by credit card at $1250.00 a month. We hired a consultant this month to review the agreement and work performed. We were shocked by the consultant's findings.

My company was oversold packages by BP. The "Basic Package for 1 Website" lists the following:

Basic Package for 1 Website
Includes:
Custom-Designed, Responsive Website
Mobile friendly to fit all devices
Search engine friendly to promote better ranking
User friendly to ensure positive user experience
Annual domain renewal
HIPAA-compliant, SSL-secured website and email hosting
Unique Content Creation
Text assistance and placement
Well-written, factually accurate, and easy-to-comprehend content Consistent content generation and publication
SEO-friendly, keyword-rich content
Access to Customer Support

This package boasts "Uniqute Content Creation" and "Consistent content generation and publication." Although our agreement was signed in May of 2018, the last new webpage created by them was September of 2018. They have gone almost a full year without creating a single new page. BP countered that they "tweak" the metatags. They admit that they have no answer as to why no new content has been created.

The 3rd package on our agreement states:
Elite Package for 1 Website
Includes:
Ongoing Search Engine Analysis & Optimization
Quarterly search engine analysis by our Performance Team Submission of the sitemap to Google and Bing
Ongoing website optimization
Quality backlink creation
Directory submissions and citation verification
Access to webpage analytics
Access to social media analytics
Local citation audit and directory cleanup
Ongoing SEO-Targeted Blog Creation Consistently published articles
Unique and keyword-rich content
Strategic phrasing intended to improve search engine optimization Performance-Based Guarantee

Our consultant drew BP's attention to this line from the agreement:
"Ongoing SEO-Targeted Blog Creation Consistently published articles
Unique and keyword-rich content"

While they posted on blog entry per month, it was not unique content. They have hundreds of dental websites, maybe more than one-thousand, and a Google search revealed that all of their clients got the same article. They did nothing more than to "cut and paste" the text. Google ignores duplicate content. BP's blog creation department head admitted that it became too much work for them to create unique content for all their clients. They did not bother using any SEO technique as there are no keywords for these pages, no descriptions or any due diligence on their part. When challenged, BP stated that in their estimation, blog posts don't work. BP claims they put "no-follow" tags on the posts to tell the search engines not to index the content. Google has indexed all of it. A search on any blog post-sentence reveals hundreds of their dental websites with the same material.

BP admitted that this change took place in May of 2018, days after we signed the agreement. BP gave us no notification, and neither were we told that the signed contract from 2018 had been substantially changed by BP when it auto-renewed. BP also admitted that most if not close to all of their clients are unaware of this change.

BP breached the contract within days of our signing it. We acted in good faith by paying BP per the terms of the agreement. We are not sure that this willful breach constitutes fraud, but that will be for legal professionals to decide.

We demand BP return our full investment. We also require the contract to be declared null and void based upon BP's multiple breaches. We do not believe they acted in good faith.

We have been working with Business Promotion for years. It is a fantastic company to work with. Would recommend them to everyone!

We recently started working with Business Promotion (BP) to create a new website for our dental practice. BP has been a fantastic company to work with, communication has been effortless and I am really glad we found this company. Employees are very skilled and creative in web design as well as open to the wants and needs of our practice. Incredible value for the cost!

Great service every step of the way. Laney helped me to create and design the most beautiful website I could imagine...

We had a contract with Business Promotion for approximately one year from Oct 2016 to Oct 2017. In Oct 2017, we mutually terminated the rocky relationship with them admitting fault on multiple fronts. They refunded part of our fees in order to make up for their mistakes.

Since October 2017, they have been charging our credit card twice a month for $500 each time for services that we did not authorize. It is a total of $3,000 in unauthorized charges.

During our contracted relationship, we had given them our credit card for use to purchase Google AdWords on our behalf. Once we terminated the relationship, they failed to remove our card from their systems and from the Google AdWords. The charges appearing on our credit card are from Google. When I contact Google, they refuse to work with us since we are not the official "account owners" (Business Promotion is).

I have attempted with no success to get this issue resolved with Business Promotion but they are simply stringing us along. At this point, I have no recourse except to take it up with my credit card company as fraudulent charges.

We wanted to let you know that we have overnighted a refund to you to resolve this problem. We wanted to get it to you as soon as possible. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you. We’re always happy to help.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Got a call from one of the executives who heard out our situation, was able to overnight a check for the disputed amount.

Case closed.

Sincerely

I signes a year contract with Business Promotions and they continue to charge me even though the are not upholding the contract and have not provided the services promised. They take weeks to get back to me and always dodge the real questions I have. I no longer want to work with them because they continue to promise me that they will meet their end of the contract and months go by and nothing ever happens. Yet they continue to charge my credit card even though I never set up recurring payments. I made a one time payment and they use that information to continue to charge me.

Business Promotion is grateful for any feedback. We have reached out to *** to work through her concerns, and they have all been resolved now. *** is pleased with our solutions. Thanks again!Sincerely,Your team at Business Promotion

On September 29, 2016, our dental office, Sun Valley Dentistry, signed a contract with Business Promotion, that would advertise our business online by creating website, search engine;advanced posts to Facebook,Twitter, and Google ; and much more as written on the contract. They stated that performance-based guarrentee and satisfaction guarantee, and their business is rated A+ in Revdex.com.
The one year contract is $7188 and $599/monthly payment. We had paid a few first months for them to start creating the website. When the website was almost done, their technician contacted us to open a google account in order advertise our office on online media. They promised our office will pop up on first page on yahoo, google, msn...while people search dentists in Phoenix; however, we couldn’t create a google account after following direct and indirect instructions from their technician, and we were informed that someone in our office tried to open the account and took that domain name in the past; I told him that only 2 people in our office, my manager and I, have been managing this office and have never tried to creat any account. The tech and I had attempted to creat the account a few times , but it was still unsuccessful. He told me that we had to wait; not sure how long; or he had to send a letter to Google to ask for a different domain. We haven’t heard any thing from them after that.
We called American Express to stop automatically monthly payment to Business Promotion because they failed to advertise our office website on search engine in any media as stated in the contract. Their people, not a technician, had called me several times. I picked up phone a few first times and told them that I am willing to pay if they can make the advertisement work as on the contract, otherwise we can’t pay over $7000 ($600/month for nothing.
On November 30,2017, We received letter from Jeffs & Jeffs law office for a collection amount $4,792. This is so ridiculous and unfair. Business Promotion failed to advertise our office and breach the contract, therefore we should receive a full refund of a few first monthly payments instead of paying the full balance. They are unable to do the advertise job for us, and we are not satisfied with their service that stated “ satisfaction guarantee”; therefore, we are not responsible to pay them. We hope Revdex.com can solve this issue between us so we don’t have to contact our lawyers for further actions against Business Promotion.
