Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response does not acknowledge the unethical business practices described in my complaint (manipulation and self-misrepresentation) or offer to adjust the business' practices in the future. In response to previous inquiries, I unfortunately no longer have the mailer on which my complaint was based, so I cannot offer a copy of itIf the business were to offer a copy of the mailer which was sent to my address, I could confirm whether it was in fact the one that I received Regards, [redacted] ***

Now you can close the file and forget about it? PS – Do your “multiple attempts to contact the business” include driving to their registered business address and walking into their office? I didn’t think so Regards, [redacted] ***

I just received their offer to extend my warrantyI called to ask then to remove my address from their listThe lady asked me why I didn't want to receive offers from them on extending my warrantyI told her it was because I purchased a brand new vehicle and it was less than a month old, I did not need this warrantyShe then began to raise her voice and became very rude asking did I want to pay thousands of dollars to repair my carI then said to her all I want to do is get my address removed please, she said she did but then continued to try and sell me on a warrantyI said thank you for removing my address and to have a wonderful day and hung upShe was very rude after me stating I didn't need an extended warranty on a car that was less than a month oldI wouldn't buy it from them now after the way she spoke to me

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who confirmed that they had spoken with the customer on May and she had been removed from future mailings on May The representative stated that they send out offers for coverage for customers who may not have coverage because they have no
way of knowing if a customer has purchased a warranty through the dealership or other 3rd party, so they send it as a marketing offer

She has been removed from the mailing list as per *** *** She checked the system again today to make sure all mailings to her address have been stopped

RE: Case # *** *** ***The letter sent to potential customers regarding vehicle
service protection is not intended to mislead in any manner. The offer letters are sent simply to let
consumers know they have the option to
purchase coverage for their vehicle is they
desire. Nowhere on the offer letter does it state
this is to “extend” the factory warranty of the car. The coverage ID is only used as a way for our
Activation Department to identify the consumer when they contact us to inquire
about purchasing vehicle service protection. If Mr*** is interested in more information regarding
vehicle service protection for his vehicle he may contact our Activation
Department at 855-494-4414. If MrMaier
is not interested he may simply disregard the notice and dispose of it as he
sees fit, as he would with any other unwanted mail.Thank you,Sara R***
