Our building had a heating problem for a while and nobody really dealt with it properly until DPM came in. They brought in some remote sensor system and honestly the difference was immediate. Arthur is always reachable which is more than I can say for the last company we had.

We’ve been through a few management companies, most of them disappearing when you need them but Arthur actually picks up the phone. Things like elevator maintenance or leaks in shared areas get sorted out quickly, staff is polite and experienced not dismissive. They even set up online billing that works easily. I wouldn’t say everything’s perfect, but at least things move now, and that’s worth a lot.

Our building switched to DPM last year and I was a bit skeptical at first cuz you hear “new management” and assume more chaos. But Rimma and Avetik actually listen. We’ve had quicker responses than ever befor and the staff is polite without being fake. Maintenance inside and outside of the building is steady, and they finally got the online billing working right. Feels like progress.

The difference since Dependable took over our condo has been night and day. They're sharp, responsive, and way more hands-on than the last company. The building used to feel neglected but now you can tell people actually manage it. Their customer service is their strength and I really love dedication.
