Lucky to have this team managing our home. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been super quick to respond and always really kind about it. It’s not easy finding a company that actually cares and follows through, but these guys do. This company is amazing & Im thankful I found them! 5 stars!

Their team, especially Arthur and Diana, actually responds to emails like it matters. The building feels cleaner and more organized inside and out. Online billing works smoothly, and they’ve handled roof issues faster than I’ve ever seen in NYC.

Since DPM took over things inside and outside the complex are handled faster. Avetik is a nice guy, he is responsive and polite. Online payments are also a nice plus.

One thing I appreciate about DPM is how they handle things before they turn into a disaster. They service us for about 6 months, and building is kept clean, maintenance gets done fast, and issues don't get ignored. You don't have to send ten emails to get something looked at. It's just good management, plain and simple. A lot of buildings in NYC don't get that, so it's a huge plus.
