Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response provided by the company is PURE GARBAGE This company falsely advertised that they were a product that had been featured on an episode of [redacted] and that for the first time in the shows history [redacted] had gone in on a joint deal for the product I clicked on a Side-Margin ad on [redacted] that stated that information as its attention grabber That took me to an advertisement that NEVER provided the name of the product but went on about the [redacted] program and had a video clip of a young woman demonstrating the product on a gentlemen It went on to offer a link to order the FREE trial products and stated this was limited quantity offer This made me think it was a marketing push to get you to try it and be so impressed you would come back to willingly buy more I was skeptical and did some researchI found that there actually was a product on the [redacted] program and those details were accurate It was only after I found out the company was charging me for FINE PRINT that was NOT listed anywhere on the order form I filled out that I did more investigation This product IS NOT the product featured on [redacted] *** On the day my Bank called me regarding the $charge, stating they the seller had been listed on their Scam list and needed to know if I had authorized the payment, I asked about the [redacted] connection advising the seller to the [redacted] at Derma Divine and she stated "Yes, their product was associated with the [redacted] " I told her point blank I would be contacting each and everyone of them regarding the underhanded methods they were using When I spoke to Agent # [redacted] yesterday I was informed "he thinks they have a promo agreement with [redacted] ***" [redacted] is not ALL of them and the product IS NOT the product they claimed it to be in relationship to that program This is advertising the I assure you that as bogus as their claims in that regard are THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ON THE ORDER SHEET REGARDING THE TEAMS THEY ARE CLAIMING TO HAVE INFORMED ME OF I have contacted the local [redacted] affiliate in [redacted] and am discussing with one of their reporters the manner in which this company has falsely advertised their products I have filed an abuse complaint with thier Domain Registrant regarding there advertising as well This is case of fraud Regards, [redacted]
